Panera Bread, Highland Heights OH

Quick, my one word to describe penera is how quick it is. Once you get inside they are quick to make your bagel or other item. Plenty of space to sit and large selection of food, they even had group seating for my group of 10.

I stopped in today about 7 PM. The service and the food was not the Panera's I expected. Maybe I came at quitting time. I'll go to Willoughby next visit.

My grilled cheese sandwich was huge! And the tomato soup was very creamy. It was not busy so my wait was not long. The cashiers were pleasant too.

The service here is always great, the food is excellent. I have been coming here daily this week. It sucks that I won't be in the area for a while.

Service was ok. Bagel and cream cheese delish. Staff wearing 1 glove especially with extreme fake nails.touching cup napkin money etc not appreciated. Fingertips are hives of nastiness, and are home to various types of bacteria, fungus, and YEAST (eww). One particularly prevalent germ found under nails is Staphlococcus aureus, which can cause a load of crazy skin infections like boils and abscesses. Oct 19,2015

The service here is always so slow. When I ordered pick up, the app said it’d be ready by 11: 08.10 minutes later, still waiting.

Was at this store today with a friend and both ordered the broccoli cheese soup. Was so unhappy with the soup. It was runny and just warm.
Did let the manager know. She said the soup comes to them and they only heat it up. And have noticed it’s very runny. This kind of soup is supposed to be thick and hot. Was very disappointed.
It should be removed from the menu until its back to normal
Will be awhile before i return to this location
For sure wont be ordering soup
Was not offered anything except more soup

Very sad employee missing upbeat, energy and connection with custumers. Very clean and organized place.

Great gathering place. Purchased Broccoli cheese soup served hot and delicious. Hot chocolate normal. Setting clean and inviting.

I will never go to that Panera again.the silverware was gross the customer service was not that good at all.

09/21/18- ordered food from here and let me just say that the night crew SUCKS. Everyone including the manager had an "I don't care/I don't want to be here, " attitude. The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars is because the cashier did a good job taking my order and everything.

One odmf the best Paneras I have been to. They are fast and friendly. Got the order correct the first time. Have been here many times and they always get it right. I would go back.

I'm bias toward Panara Bread.good quality food.service is always decent.depends on which one you go to but some are slower than others.

The atmosphere, sure, great, I mean it's Panera Bread after all. But the service sucks. The lady who took my order was rude. She was cheerful to the guy before me, but she looked all "who cares" when she was taking my order. Not recommended! Plus, my sandwich had a piece of paper in it. Apparently, they didn't take it off of the cheese all the way.

Got the order wrong. Had to ask for more order twice. Staff seemed annoyed I was there and one employee said this is why he eats at chipolte

The past two times I’ve ordered delivery we were missing food. They will not refund your order or take off the items missing from your bill. They questioned if I looked through the bags enough for the sandwich I was missing. Disappointed customer.

Get my order wrong every time. On 4 separate occasions, my order was wrong. Seems like there is not enough attention to detail.

Loved the service there they do an amazing job! And also there's a ramp for the elderly and the non abulotory put there for their use. Love it the food is great and the cashiers and mangers are so nice. The food is homemade and it is great. Nice job!

Staff member asked me four times what my phone number was because she was talking to a coworker. Pastry ring was was kinda stale. Threw it out instead of serving it to my co-workers.

At the Wilson Mills store, my order was taken, 1) I waited 15 minutes at the counter, all other customers left.
2) I had to ask for my salad as no one was making it.
3) Then they gave me the wrong salad.
4) Many yellow wilted pieces of kale in my salad.
I was on lunch hour and barely had time to finish the salad. I have photos of wilted pieces if anyone wants documentation.
