Panera Bread, Highland Heights OH

Stood there with no line for five minutes.nobody acknowledged my presence at all. Absolutely terrible service. The 5 people working behind the counter waited until there were 3 people in line to take oeder.

The panini was good but the tomato soup was gross. It wasn't creamy like it usually is. Just wasn't satisfied with it.

Evan a rinky dink pizza joint can take a phone order but you guys can't be bothered by phone orders. So I will not order from you again

Staff was not real friendly but not rude either. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that came out burnt & tasted just o.k. The hot chocolate was good & I have ordered bagels previously, which were good. It's probably not a place I would recommend for the average person.

Not a fan of my last visit. The place looked trashed. Tables and chairs where everywhere and the staff was pretty much just chilling behind the counter. Idk maybe pick up the napkins and straws that are scattered all over the floor? Just saying. Food was fine, of course.

Yes, the food is quick and tasty and in my rare visits to Panera I've never had an item on the menu that dissapointed my soup sandwich craving. HOWEVER good Gawd almighty the food is expensive. 10 dollar sandwiches and 5 dollar bowls of soup i was expecting someone to come to my table and feed me and wipe the crumbs off the corner of my mouth. But that being my only major gripe I would say it's good place to eat.on payday.during tax return season.after cashing out your 401k.

Quick service, food prepared right in front of me, great flavor. Also very clean restaurant and bathrooms

Wonderful breakfast souffles and this location is usually not out of them early in the morning. Cafe latte is excellent.
