Patrick's Service reviews
21Great place to go get your car fixed very reasonable prices thank you so much Jason for fixing my gas lines had a great rate
Had coolant system fix though it was radiator but was only bad hose very honest repair shop price was very reasonable will recommend them every time
5 star shop
Very happy with my service. Fast, transparent with pricing, and explained all the work that was done.
A landmark business for many years. Myself and my family have been happy with the tradition of auto repair service when we needed them.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Fast service and reasonable prices! Whole Heartedly recommend!
My air vents would not switch from vents, defroster, heat settings or anything. Patrick found the problem and fixed it at probably 1/4 the price of any where else. The knob was broken and he put a new one also. I have friends that go to him and they have nothing but good things to say about him.
I would not go anywhere else with my five vehicles. Jason is honest and reasonably priced.
Wife and I were on vacation, step daughter age 17 lost her brakes. She took the car to Patrick’s and they tried selling her $565.00 to repair. They told her it needed rear brakes, rear wheel cylinders, both rear drums all were bad! When I got home I fixed the car needing 1 rear wheel cylinder for $8.75! Gentlemen DO NOT send your wives or daughters to Patrick’s service they are thieves!
Had car towed there as instructed Memorial Day so could be looked at on Tuesday! Water pump I know needed& a/c needed checked! They did not check a/c I called asked why as I have deductible to pay& was told didn’t have timevery upset with them as they were paid by American auto shield over $500 & I had to pay for part to water pump & hoses & and pay $100 deductible plus check for $214& change. I should not of had to pay this as they didn’t do a/c at all& never even told me! All they did was put fluid in for it to last for a while which was leaking& they had to know this that’s why put fluid in! So charged& paid for fluid to leak out& then no a/c I do not feel I owed them anymore money as they didn’t comple the job!
Broke down on the road during a vacation, they got me in & fixed me up fast. Was back on the road in two hours.
The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Patrick's is the place for all my vehicle maintenance needs from now on. It's someone that I trust and I can say he surely respects you and your vehicles. Jason the owner goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is running correctly. Glad I stopped by and I feel really comfortable taking my vehicles to Patrick's service.
I called to have service they were rude unethical unprofessional. Unwilling to service me because I have children what a terrible business
Patrick don't own this place he's using his name service sucks had my hummer over a month couldn't fix it gave it back tore apart small claims here we come stay away.
In and out, job well done. They keep your head above water on estimates. Would recommend future work here
I haven't gone recently. But I may be when I get the money together to fix my car. But they are the only ones I would want to fix my car they're honest and hardworking they're fantastic
I've had Patrick's maintaining my vehicles for years. They are the best. They are honest, reasonable, and very knowledgeable.
Went in to get a ball joint repaired they fixed it within a day.
Edit - its better now, it might have just needed a day to adjust.
Nice people. Good pricing. Not a big business corporation. All good things.
I had to return numerous times when these guys installed my upper control arms incorrectly, and then blamed the problem on bad parts, and also didn't acknowledge the hitting sound I noticed loud and clear as soon as I picked up my vehicle. It's like they didn't even test drive my car after they put in balljoints, upper control arms, tie rods, etc. Don't go here. Pick a professional place that takes care of the customer. I am out $800 and they won't take responsibility. Signs of the time we live in. They lost my business. I am from Chicago, a real city. Low standards in Youngstown Ohio. That's why this shop still exists. UNPROFESSIONAL A-HOLES. Especially RICK
These guys are first class. It's very challenging when my daughter has car issues when I am 5 hours away. It's great to be able to rely on someone to be honest, fair, and prompt when I can't be there. I highly recommend their service.
First timer at Patrick’s today. It was a bit of a unique situation. I have a small Toyota RV with a V6 3.0 (common motor). It has an exhaust leak at the manifold and I want to get it fixed. I also needed the radiator flushed and a new hose. So I had them do the hose and radiator flush. The price for service was very fair (it needed a deep through flush). Unfortunately my RV doesn’t fit in their garage so they aren’t able to do the exhaust manifold. Big bummer. However I had them quote the timing belt replacement (it’s coming up for 100k maintenance) and was extremely surprised with their price. They’ve definitely got a lot of demand from customers; from what I understand it’ll usually take an appointment to be seen. The pricing and demand tells me they know how to keep themselves busy in a competitive market. Overall my impression of the shop was honest people, rock bottom competitive pricing, and humble demeanor by their employees. I will be back.
