Patrick's Service, Youngstown OH

Jason at Patrick's went completely above and beyond to help us with an emergency repair on one of our service vans. The emergency brake was stuck and would not disengage. We are not from the area but Patrick's was recommended to us through another phone call. Now we know why! Jason stopped what he was doing and researched our issue and told us to try to bring it there and he would try to at least get it free. We finally got the van over to his shop, and just as he said within a short time, he had the e-brake disengaged and removed, spare tire put on and we were able to drive it back to our shop for our mechanic to do the repair. This garage gets an A+ from us! Phenomenal customer service all the way around! Thank you so much Jason for saving the day for us!
