Penn Station East Coast Subs, Bexley OH

I love Penn Station. The folks that work there are very friendly. Everything in dining area was closed but they had spots for social distancing in place. And only allowed so many inside at a time.

The black girl who look mix with curl red curly hair don't be making subs right Everytime I come in here and she make my sub it's never right I think she is a manager she has a red shirt on

Horrible experience. They messed up our order (we only got 2 of the 3 subs we ordered). The 2 we got were a mess. We had to go back for the third sub, it was made wrong, people were coughing and no employees were wearing masks. Only one (the manager) was wearing gloves. I do not feel safe going there and it wasn’t worth the two trips to pickup.

Great value. Would say they have a great menu but I always order the same awesome Italian sub, grilled of course.

Great subs, great flavor, excellent quality meats, cheeses, veg, buns. They're not the fastest, they take their time and do it right, do it properly. My wife really enjoys the steak & cheese, I prefer the Italian (both hot and cold are excellent!).
The lemonade it's fantastic, too, definitely worth a trip just for that!

Excellent customer service, even though it was 7 minutes before closing they still served with a smile. We actually stop in Jersey Mike's 1st but their customer service was crappy because they didn't want to cook anything.

I'm not a fan of the food, the bread is weird. Not my cup of tea and it was kind of bland. I dont exactly no how you could mess up in a Philly cheese steak but yukk

Very delicious subs.a little pricier but better quality than more mainstream sub shops. Delicious fries and drink as well.

Subs were awesome. Get ur order right and I even left my wallet at home and had to drive all the way back home to get it and staff didnt have any problems

Flimsy Paper bag was stuffed with two fries and two heavy sandwiches. Didn't even make it to the car bag split spilling all items to the ground. Waste of money for food that is now laying in their parking lot

Penn Station has the best toasted sub around. Their ingredients always look and taste fresh. Fries are cut and cooked right there. Lemonade is made fresh. And they use the best brand of banana peppers. Vlasic! Heavy meal, but delicious!

Workers were courteous and helpful. This was my first visit to Penn Station and they helped me with my decision the sandwich was delicious, the bread had just the right amount of crunch. I will definitely go back!

I ate here because Jersey Mike's was packed def not as good as the Penn station in Lancaster seemed to be a older shop

Love it as an alternative for a quick, good Philly sandwich. There's something here for everyone in the family, even the pickiest eaters

Fries are top-notch, and have a savory and nutty flavor. The cookies are also excellent, and are made fresh.

Fries are supposed to be cooked to order. Mine and the next customer did not receive fresh fries. Fresh fries are a must!

The sandwiches and fresh cut fries were great, but it was the value that got Penn station it's fifth star!

Good food, great service, cannot complain. I will chose Penn Station over any other sub shop in the area hands down.

Best subs. I love the artichoke sub! I love the ppl who work here, always very welcoming and remember what I like!
