Depends on whether the manager is on duty as to whether you will get what you ordered or not. If you walk in the door and the music is blasting, go elsewhere, you are not going to get good service.

A decent chain store sub, nothing super special about them.
Only reason they are getting 4 stars over 3 is because the one kid at the counter suggested I try something and now it is my favorite subject.
