PENZONE Salon + Spa Dublin

This was my first time at a Penzone Salon and I could not have been more pleased. The salon was beautiful and relaxing. Even though it was busy at the time of my appointment it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Blair was my stylist and she was outstanding! She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout the appointment. I would absolutely recommend Blair and Penzone Salons!

Everyone here is very nice but based on the competency of the stylists I really would not recommend getting your hair colored here. Was promised multiple times that my hair would look like the photo I presented them and after multiple appointments it’s not even close.

So fancy here. You can get coffee or a glass of wine. The decor is super nice. My stylist, Susan, does an amazing job. Best cut and color I've ever had ️

Absolutely love Penzone, they are the only people I trust with my hair! They are efficient, friendly, and it’s the best quality hair coloring I’ve experienced. Stella is especially wonderful, and she always gives me the perfect blonde balayage. Can’t wait to come back in soon to get my balayage touched up again for the spring:)

I just had a cut & style with Jackson, and he was absolutely amazing! He asked lots of questions to be sure that every aspect was what I wanted, and was super outgoing and easy to talk to. I 100% recommend Penzone’s and plan to go back soon!

Very disappointing.nothing like the picture I showed.cant even tell I went to get my hair done.girl was nice but again cant tell I had anything done.very upsetting!

I’ve been going for the past 3 years. Hanan is amazing. Very friendly and cuts my hair well. I’ve received lots of compliments. Friendly staff in general.

The salon is amazing. The ambiance is like no other. Debbie truly thought of every little detail and created a magical space.

Excellent service by Jason. Always a wonderful experience with Jason and his supporting staff! Everything in the salon is super efficient except for the checkout process. On a busy Saturday morning there was one person checking out guests. There were at least 10 people in line waiting to checkout before a 2nd person finally came to assist and helped ease the checkout process. A frustrating way to leave the salon after enjoying a great service.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at Penzone Salon & Spa. I have worked in customer service for years and can tell that providing a great customer experience from the time you step into the door to the time you leave is their #1 priority. I scheduled an appointment with Blake at the Dublin location based off of a recommendation from a friend. As soon as I walked in to the salon, I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff at the front counter. I was directed to the cozy and stylish waiting area until Blake's assistant came to get me and walk me back to the chair. Along the walk she asked if I had been to Penzone before and offered me a beverage. She placed a blue cape on me which I was told was for 1st time clients. I love this small detail. It shows that they want to pay special attention to new customers to guarantee they have a great experience and will return in the future! It worked!

Once Blake came over to my chair, she introduced herself and we jumped into what I was looking for with my cut and color. She made sure to describe every detail in a way that I could understand and communicated what she was doing through out my experience. I felt comfortable with her and trusted her abilities. Blake and her assistant were very quick and seemed to have a good rhythm down during the coloring process. I was very pleased with the time it took from start to finish.

My favorite part of my experience at Penzone (besides how my hair turned out) was the head massage and warm lavender towel during my shampoo. It made a simple hair cut and color into more of a spa like experience. Another favorite part was the overall ambiance. It was hip and trendy but very tranquil at the same time. You can also tell the staff are very proud of their salon as they were always cleaning and tidying up. Another salon employee who was just walking by even offered to clear my dirty cup once I was finished. I love the pride and team work they showed. Its refreshing!

All in all, I highly recommend Penzone Salon and Spa and Blake specifically. It is clear how much Penzone Salon & Spa invest in their staff and it shows with their work, attitude, and customer service! I will defiantly be returning for all my beauty needs in the future!

I just got a lash tint here and the esthetician didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and was very new to lash tinting. After I got home I realized how much darker my right eyelashes were from my left. There is a very visible difference. Definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Had the best experience with Jacquelyn, she is awesome! Very great at knowing what your hair needs and complete professional. I love my hair, she did awesome! I will for sure be coming back! Thank you

I absolutely love the feel of this salon. I had the best experience with Daphne. My transformation was unreal. I have always had thin flat hair however decided to try to what she recommended to me as long lasting extensions along with color matching of my own hair. The process was done in half the time as normal extensions and the color she gave me was beautiful. What an amazing person not only as a hair artist but she made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Daphne!

This had been the second time that I have ever been there. The first time was amazing before they had the building remodeled. But this most recent time that I have gone was not very good at all. The “professional” that was taken care of me did a pretty bad job. Not a bad person at all and not bad with customer service but my hair was awful! I have naturally beautiful long curly hair and went in for highlights, trim and style. Highlights are pretty good but my hair is completely super dry than ever before, and I told him about how this was for a very important day and it looks terrible. When I pay a certain amount of money I should be walking out feeling amazing. But I didn’t feel that way at all. By the time I arrived to my house all the curls were coming out. Now granted if was probably humid a little too but he didn’t put enough product in my hair at all. I have curly hair and if he didn’t know how to work with curls then he shouldn’t have done my hair. Great person, great customer service, just very disappointed how my hair turned out for a big job event that I had that night. I asked him how should I have it for a fancy party and he did some basic quick curls because of per laziness instead of trying to be fun and creative. When I first came to Penzone I had an amazing experience but this most recent time was not so good. If I wanted a disappointed job I could’ve went anywhere else and saved a lot more money. Sorry just bummed out because didn’t look not feel like a rockstar that I had planned on for a month for a big party

Had a pedicure with Cecilia. First one since breaking my ankle in June. She was so sweet and accommodating just like she has been every time I have seen her for the last 5-6 years! Love spending time with Cecelia!

The new salon is absolutely stunning and the experience was excellent! It was my first time getting a cut with Hayleigh. She took the time to listen, understood what i was going for and truly did a great job. Would recommend both Hayleigh and the Dublin salon to anyone!

Jacquelyn was great! My friend referred me to her and we began to work on my mess. I walked out not only feeling confident about my initial repair to my hair but also on my improved undercut. I have psoriasis on my scalp and have battled with it for years. Having access to apply medicine and get artificial sunlight on it is a must for me and she not only touched up on my preexisting undercut but put some designs and now I don’t feel ashamed for my condition because she brought attention to the design and not my flaking! She is so personable and I cannot wait to see her again so we can get my hair looking in tip top shape!

We had a bit of a debacle at the Gahanna salon when one of their driers caught fire and the building had to be evacuated. What was supposed to be a birthday salon/spa experience ended abruptly. The salon went above and beyond to help us recreate our day at the Dublin spa. We received excellent and attentive service from all those involved. Charles Penzone, himself, shook our hands and thanked us for our business. They made it very clear that Penzone cares about their customers. I would highly recommend any of their salons!

Shout out to the Management Team and hair artists Gary and Skye! They turned my very first hair catastrophe into a miracle! I “thought” there was no way they could fix my hair- Gary gave me a style until Skye could get me in to apply extensions. The Management Team went above and beyond by making sure I was taken care of immediately. Their customer service skills were amazing! They turned an unfortunate situation into a situation that will work out in the end. You should be proud Debbie and Charles Penzone!
