PENZONE Salon + Spa Dublin

I’ve now had my hair TRANSFORMED by Penzone Salon’s Daphne. I haven’t had compliments in several years on my hair. It had always been full, bouncy and vibrant and I was resigned to my hair “aging”. However, since going to Daphne, I’ve noticed that my hair is back to looking healthy and vibrant! I’ve had people, out of no where, ask me what I’ve done:) I really can’t say enough about what she’s done to correct and transform my hair! The place is fabulous, too! I can’t wait to try the other services!

I highly recommend Daphne for hair extensions! She knocks it out of the park every single time! I’ve been to her 3 times over the past few years for extensions and she always exceeds my expectations! I won’t go anywhere else for hair extensions! ️

I absolutely love my stylist! Not only is she a warm and caring person, she cuts my hair exactly how I like it. I have never found someone who takes the time to listen and truly understands how I like my hair. I love how she takes care of me and my hair She is the BEST!
On the negative side, I do not care for the price increases for services and the call center does not always communicate to the salon what services you requested correctly.

Beautiful salon, Ms. Lana is the best for quick esthetician services, my eyebrows look amazing. The prices are high but it was worth it. I would give 5 stars but I had to wait 15mins for my scheduled pedicure.

Very disappointed with the nail services! The quality of pedicure is very poor! Have it done several times with different specialists!

I have tried to enjoy the new beauty of the Dublin Salon and Spa but just can't get past the loud, cold, sterile, impersonal warehouse effect delivered. The lighting alone makes you look like your headed for the Walking Dead set to shoot a scene. Can't image the cold grey days of winter making the environment warm and welcoming. If you wanted a futuristic Jetson's type environment - Congratulations you have arrived. Where's Rosie? Thank heavens for my hair care professional (5 STARS). Best thing this new salon has too offer.

Loved my message and the new Dublin location! I’d give them both a 5-star rating. I wish the getting there, relaxing, and changing into a robe was part of the ritual. As soon as I walked in, I was called back (and I was 10min early). No time to unwind before my message, no robe or locker to leave all my stuff in. I just carried it into the room with me.

I love my designer, but don't find that the new facility is comfortable. For the amount of money spent, there is no privacy anywhere, the surfaces are sterile (conference room like) and sound bounces off everywhere. From the outside, I expected a soothing, spa, Zen experience. This facility does not deliver that. The first time I had service, it felt more like a doctor's clinic moving you from procedure to procedure. I gave it a three only because I love my hairdresser. I was disappointed in the experience due to the design of the building as it relates to the process and protocol for a beauty service.
