29Overall I really like the Gahanna salon. The facility is looking a little shabby in the salon areas, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately my last treatment was not something I would repeat. I had facial threading done, and the results were very disappointing as well as expensive. I feel like could have gotten better results at home.
Beautiful designed salon, staff is very friendly and helpful and always does great work. You can tell they are trained well.
Do not know how to reply to owner's request. Penzone please contact me with the info in your records. My appointment for a facial was at 12: 45 yesterday followed by a pedicure.
I go here for massages and nail services. They do great work. The waiting areas aren't as comfy cozy as other day spas. So I wouldn't make it an all day stay.
Spencer really did a wonderful job! This was my first time getting my hair cut in a salon and I will definitely be a consistent customer!
I see Senior Director Samantha when I go to Charles Penzone. She’s always timely and engaging. She also has helped my hair grow tremendously!
This was only my 2nd time to Penzone and my first experience with Cora. She was sweet, and conversation was easy. Most importanly, my cut came out GREAT! I gave her an idea of what I wanted, she made recommendations based on how my hair lays, and the results were perfect. Thanks for a great experience, Cora!
Jordan was AWESOME! My hair looked terrible when I came in. She really listened to me and gave me a terrific hair cut and style. It was expensive but worth every penny. I would recommend her to any and every bodt!
