Tuny is so nice and welcoming! I feel like it can be awkward meeting a new stylist and explaining what services you’d like, but Tuny was very receptive and did a great job explaining all my options and reasoning behind her choices. Definitely found my go-to place!

What a great experience! I went in for a consultation concerned about the condition of my hair after a LOT of bleaching and I am NOT disappointed! One appointment and some incredible advice my hair is on the road to recovery! I got honest answers, which I kinda knew already just didn't want to hear, and some wonderful sustainable products for my blonde locks. After ONE use my hair hair has already improved to 10x its previous quality! I'm So happy I took the chance on a second opinion even if my extensions will have to be delayed for a while longer

Absolutely amazing experience! Bailey did an incredible job on my hair. I came in after attempting to bleach it myself, and without judgment, she completely transformed my hair into something I’m proud to show off. Very friendly environment. 10/10 recommend.

Jazmen is wonderful. I can highly recommend her for color services. She really listens and works with me to get to a place we're both comfortable with. I really enjoyed the shoulder massage too but would like more pressure (though understand why one wouldn't start at a higher pressure).

This was my first visit to an actual Salon, other than Great Clips, in over 30 years. Rachel listened to what I wanted and somehow made it happen. She did an amazing job, I love my new color and highlights.

Lux is awesome. She gives great cuts and is very helpful if you are not sure about what you want. She's wonderful about color suggestions too!

I am so extremely thankful for Arianna's help. I didn't think my hair could be saved after what had been done to it by a different salon but they fixed it and it feels and looks so much better. They were absolutely wonderful and did a phenomenal job. I am very happy with my hair and they really transformed it into something cute and fun. I definitely recommend the salon to anyone looking for a great and friendly place. It was an overall great experience.

Very friendly staff. They take the time to understand exactly what you want. When I had a picture of a cut I liked, Aryn pulled out her phone to show me more examples so we could narrow it down. She also showed me how my hair had build up from the products I was using. Then she did a detox on my hair.

I always receive a great haircut here, service is exceptional from all staff who help my stylist. Everyone is professional and make you feel comfortable, listen to your needs, and provide the experience you want. My hair always looks top notch!

I loved my first experience at Phia Salon. Maria was very attentive and listened to what I had to say, she was very informative and made great suggestions but was not pushy. Everything was great - from the receptionist getting me a drink upon arrival to Annah touching up my haircut. I specifically appreciated her taking the time to show me how to style my hair so that I can (hopefully) recreate the results at home!

I had the best stylist in the place which made me very happy. The thing is, when you have the best stylist, all of the other stylists ask to borrow yours and then you end up sitting in the chair for 2 hours and your stylist has to leave you with a less qualified stylist because their next client is waiting. I still had to pay for the most expensive stylist.

It was a Friday afternoon-early evening that I was there and the music could've been more fun! They had like a James Taylor Pandora on and I thought it'd be more fun if they had a missy Elliott or Beyoncà station on. My stylist was a new stylist and she did an amazing job. She consulted with another stylist about the color and it came out great! She was very good with her time management.

I appreciated being able to communicate with my stylist before the appointment so he could have an idea of what I wanted. He also followed up with me and gave me the option to come in to fix anything that I didn't like. But I didn't need to because I love my hair!

The stylist offered to refill my meter as the cut was going to take longer than usual. I received a parking ticket while I was having my hair done because the meter was malfunctioning and the staff went out of their way to provide me the money to pay the ticket and apologized profusely. Seriously world class service for a problem entirely out of their control. I will always recommend people to Phia and will continue to come back for great service.
