Have had a wonderful experience each time. Short wait once you check in, coffee or tea (while you wait or at any point during the appointment), beautiful environment and my stylist has been phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

First visit today and had a great experience with Jenn. She listened to my requests and concerns and recommended a botanical treatment for dryness (which was great!). Jenn took her time making sure I was aware of what her ideas were and the steps taken to achieve what I wanted the whole time. Rebooked based on her recommended frequency. Great experience, very clean salon.highly definitely recommend:)

Everything about my experience at Phia was great. I have been going to Rania for about 8 months now on a mission to go blonde, and every time I have gone, my hair has turned out perfect. It is super healthy. The customer service at Phia is unbelievable. After my service, Rania was unhappy with a small piece of my hair that I didn't notice anything wrong with, and she went ahead and fixed it without me even complaining. She was interested in making sure my hair was exactly what I wanted.

I have been with my hair artist, Rania for many years and she is a genius with my hair! I love the pampered feeling that I receive when I enter Phia. I love my hair cuts and I receive many compliments on my hair.

I love the staff here they are very friendly. I felt very welcomed and very much in control of what was being done to my hair and I loved it. I felt like the stylist really care about what I wanted and took the time to make sure that I got exscatly what I wanted

I am extremely happy with my latest experience at Phia. I enjoy working with Rania, and I am never disappointed by my results. The front desk staff are always very friendly and make sure I am comfortable when I arrive. I always felt heard when I am wanting to make changes to my cut or color. I believe the quality of work is fantastic for the amount of money spent.

I felt very comforatble and welcomed. The stylist spent a lot of time at the beginning of my appt.to ascertain what I wanted and areas of concern. This was my first time here and I would definitely come back. Also loved that my stylist gave me two other stylists names one above and one below her in ranking.

Great customer service. Easy to make an appointment and very accommodating. Even recommended parking as there's a lot of construction on High street. My stylist, Lirx was knowledgeable and awesome company as she provided a haircut, beard trim and color. This was my first visit, but scheduled my next service appointment before I left. Excellent Job!

Coming to Phia is always an amazing experience. The staff is always so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Every stylist I worked with has been amazing. Sunshine, my current stylist is wonderfully bubbly and always does her best to make sure that everything is perfect.

My experience at Phia Salon was wonderful! I had to wait about 3 minutes for my stylist and was offered a hand/arm massage from her assistant while I waited. My cut turned out AMAZINGLY and exceeded my expectations. The assistant was also very educational about the products that he used while styling my hair.

I had the best time with Nikki at my appointment yesterday. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease considering I cut 9-10 inches of my hair off. She was very professional and gave me great direction in deciding the cut and style I wanted. I love my new cut, and so does everyone I know! Thanks again!

The wait time wasn't long since I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment. Everything was quick, easy, and effortless. I felt relaxed, and in capable hands. I'm always happy with the results I get since I've made going back to phia a routine and I'm always with the same girl.

I had a terrible experience at another salon in town and was absolutely gutted. I called Phia and they got me in straight away and Tuny and the girls not only fixed me up, they also provided me with and amazing experience and gained a lifelong client. Extremely professional and personable.

I had a great experience. Mariah did my hair and she was very good. She told me to see how it feels and let her know if it needs to be tweaked in a couple of days. I needed a little more volume to go down and so I went back. This time Samatha fixed it and now my hair looks great! I even refered Phia to my friends. Good job guys!

I was very happy with my facial (I forgot who did it!) and with my haircut from Kelli. I always take input from the person cutting my hair and I loved her suggestions and how she cut my hair. I have gotten lots of compliments about my new cut as well.

My mom and I came in on a Sunday afteroon - me for a quick trim and my mom for a hair makeover. We saw the same stylish, MJ I think, and she was awesome. We both booked follow-up appointments with her. Such a great stylish!

I had a really positive experience at Phia Salon! My hairdresser listened to what I wanted and made recommendations of what she thought was best, and the end result was great! The service didn't take too long and there was barely any waiting time.
