Rally's, Springfield OH

It have been years since I visited a Rallys, sad to say I wasn't impressed. Nasty is the word I'm looking to describe my visit.

Got a milkshake it was warm. Thick but warm dont understand how that even happens. Waste is my money.

My moms wings were cold as if they just came out of fridge my fries were cold and rudeness from window girl when I asked for salt.and you stopped selling mushrooms burgers the only reason I had chose ralleys

Wait time for drive through was incredibly long for only 3 cars. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and hard. They guy at the window was incredibly nice though. It was just him and a guy at the grim which is probably why the line was taking so long.

The place is totally awesome it has good food Great Value prices many choices to choose from good place to bring your family had a good place to get away for a little short while a must-try trust me you will definitely enjoy their food and prices

Normally no problems here. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted like it had sat for awhile.very dry

2 cars ahead of me and waited for 26 minutes. I timed it because it always takes at least 15 min at that location.

Service very slow, if there aren't enough employees to operate both sides of the drive thru, then common sense says, close the left side down.

I dont know what happened to good fast service like years ago. Quality of food and service is now on par with McDonald's congratulations.

Great spot for a quick bite. You have to try their wings. The quality is great for a fast food place

Service through drive through was fast but employees not the friendliest. Food was hot and fresh though

Rally's chicken sandwich is very good, and love the fries. Apple pies are very good. The chicken bite box is my grandsons favorite.

I ordered 3 Big Bufords to take home after work, we started eating and they were not done at ALL, they were very raw, so I ate cereal!

Food ok the wait time in was O. M. G. 3 min to oder and 15+ to Idle up to the window sadly normal for that site.

Sometimes burgers are juicy and sometimes they are dried up jerky. Just depends whos working. Juicy for me please

I love Rally's food they always get your order right down and one that we have is in Smithville Road in Dayton Ohio I love that place it is awesome I wish we had one in Fairborn Ohio we used to but some reason we don't know more wish it would come back

Got everything I ordered. Although the wait was extremely long and I asked for no onions and got onions on one of my sandwiches. The food was good and I may visit there again.

A 1 star rating is 1 too many. Saw the sign for the Nashville Hot Texas Toast Chicken sandwich so we decided to stop here instead of McD. Signs said both lanes were open. We pulled into the left one and sat for a long time and no one greeted us. We decided to get into the other lane and finally got to the speaker after what seemed like an eternity only to be told they don’t carry the Nashville Hot anymore! It took a very long time to get to the window and get the 2 sandwiches we ordered. We only ordered 2 burgers. They were cold, had no bacon and were covered in lettuce (we ordered NO lettuce) Worst experience and I will not be stopping again.

Ordered two BBQ sandwiches. Neither the sandwiches had any barbecue sauce added and only a very small amount of ranch.
I like Rally's but every time I go to this location the sandwiches are never made as advertised.
Very disappointing.
