American Restaurant Rally's reviews
27I gave 5 stars for the 2 ladies that were working alone tonight. They were swamped and still done a great job! You know when your offering a great deal, you should definitely be respectful to your employees and schedule more worker's! Wish I'd of got their names, so i could five them some real prompts. They deserve it! Way to go ladies, so sorry you were on your own: (! But you 2 did an excellent job, thank you so much:) :) :)
Can not even give my visit tonight even 1 star but had to give something to be able to post. It was the longest wait I have ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. 1 hour and 45 minutes to get 3 orders of fries and 3 Big Buford. More people backed out and left than I could count. This is the first time I have ever given a review of this kind. I am usually a very patient person but tonight was totally crazy.
My experience at this rally was wonderful. I stop meaning only to get a little bit to eat but ended up with an entire dinner, it was quite delicious the staff was quite friendly, and courteous. Location is also very good in the sack that it is close to us route 68 as well as interstate 70. Dictated but not read.
Rally's is not an everyday place to eat. Maybe a once a week when you're constipated. Best fries though. Unique taste.
My son is addicted to the Lemon Slushie lol and when they had buy any size fries to get a Big Buford, lol we stopped every few days.
Usually the service is not very good but one young lady made the difference this time, with my 2 year old daughter. She was grumpy and needed a nap, the girl talked to her and gave her an ice cream and made a friend for life. The food was good I had a baconzilla and my wife had a big Buford, they were made fresh as always and were better than usual.
So after a long day at work I figured to pick dinner up for my family. Decided Rally's would be a change. Well lesson learned. Pulled in parking lot to just sit for 20 mins before getting to the mic to place my order at 6: 24 PM and then finally get my food at 6: 59 PM. Almost an hour.beyond ridiculous. I understand being short staffed but once you get in that line there is not way of turning around you are basically stuck the for the long haul.
