Rally's, Cleveland OH

Almost every time i go there they dont get my order right, like i have to go back in line to get the stuff that they didnt give me.

Hot food every time, worker friendly depending on the time of day. Ample parking if u wanted to get out of ur car to walk up to place your order. You can save here with great deals with your digital coupons, just download the rally's app and save big, it could be very costly for yourself and family to eat here.

Rally's owner need to send someone to disinfect & power wash the windows in the drive thru other then that, I like Rally's.

We were in the drive through with the scorching sun directly pointing at us. They messed up our meal. Had no receipt. All window employees had a horrible attitude. It was absolutely horrible. Around 3-4 pm on 6-26-21 this occurred

Visited june 15th 8: 30pm i give 2 stars for poor service mistake number one no receipt i asked for my receipt was told they had no receipt tape then i had missing food i told them about it they gave me hard time to get my full order get home the sandwiches was cold and fry soggy very disappointed

Went there on june 30th cashier got a attitude because i did not know what i wanted right away when pulling up to speaked i asked for a reciept and had to wait 20 minutes to get one i told the manager about the situtation and she said dont worry about it.what ever that means i dont know i will not go back

Ordered my food online and was charged for it but store never received my order. Upon arriving the lady at the drive they window got an attitude towards me because I refused to leave without my food that I had already paid for even when I showed proof of purchase to her location. Will not return.

Kind of a hit or miss. Sometimes everything's made right, fresh, correctly.other times, not so much.

I really like this Rally's in my neighbourhood they have a friendly staff and a great choice of food I am in love with their garlic parmesan chicken wings they are crispy, tasty and always well done If you haven't been to this Rally's I would highly recommend you check it out the food is always hot fresh and ready to go you will not be disappointed

Went on a lunch break was told it would be a 7 minute wait in the parking lot it's 40 minutes later still no food

They were optimistic and professional. Only 2 people working and we had a huge order, and they had a huge line. Yet they still managed to give us every item we ordered in a timely manner! Much faster than I expected so I checked the food and it was perfect. No complaints! And like I said 2 people made a wonderful impression especially the man that was at the window to greet us.

Every single time I come here I wait for over twenty minutes.no matter the day or time. My food is always cold when u get it and its a fifty fifty chance of it being the right order. I keep hiping it gets better but honestly it only gets worse.

Service is poor. Been coming here for a year and seen decline in service and quality of food to finally make a review. Greases food and extremely long wait (20-25min wait) on a simple order of blt's and fries. Still had to complain about no tomato and uncooked grease fries. Sad.

In my opinion very dirty on the inside and outside and the fries very salty and and cold lol never again

This late night visit yielded inedible super greasy fries, and they got the order wrong as far as the sandwiches: we wanted chicken parmesan with no bacon, and we were served beef (this was despite the server clearly saying "I got you, honey. Chicken parmesan, with no bacon. "). This drive thru visit was surprisingly bad (this time). The only thing passable in our combos were the caramel cheesecake shakes, which were good. I wish I could have provided a better rating, but, sadly, I cannot.

Too much in a rush, food was missing in the bag, had to go back. The entrance and exit you have to be really careful

Went there ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 3 large fries and a really burger. Waited 35 minutes for our food which was cold, but the fries were hot. Apologies yes, but need to step it up.

Service was slow, waited 10 minutes after I ordered in the drive thru and I was the only person there. You would think the food would be fresh after waiting, but my fries were cold & hard like they were under a lamp for 2 hours. Never again.

I Left Rally's On E. 30th and Carnage Because they're System Was Down. I Came Hear got Greeted Nice But I Guess My Coupon Was Old They Laugh In My Face And Still kept The Coupon 3rd Shift

This is what a real burger tastes like. After picking up my son from a hard day of basketball practice this is his hamburger of choice. We loves us some Rally's:)
