Rally's, Cleveland OH

Bad costumer service manager or asistant manager gave the wrong sauce and she was mad when i go on front window to ask for the Sauce i want and she start saying mean words im talking about Rally's on fulton road and clark

Great overall.i liked the food I ordered, the prices were great, affordable and the service was quick!

Order food and you'll be asked to pull around to the parking lot where crackheads are waiting to ask for money!

The people are nice but there is always something wrong with my order. Forget items or serve me a pop that has ran out.

This place sucks, people are very slow, always having you park and wait. This is not fast food.

The food is great but the workers are so mean. I did a drive thru and the person who took my order made a mistake. When I said something both her and another girl started yelling at me saying that I'm the one who didn't order properly. #EmployeesOfTheYear

After waiting 40 min for my food and employees giving alot free food out side door. When i had to spend 30 bucks for two meals and ice cream i mean little disapointed bc paying customer should be first

The food is okay, if you can get it. Always check your bags. Everytime I go something (or many things) is missing. The workers are friendly enough and it's pretty fast.

Staff a little confused and the food was kind of cold but what do you expect from fast food.ate it anyway.

Ice cream not all the way froze and put my ice cream cone in a cup, upside down, without asking me or letting me ice cream wasn't all the way firm.

Good food great prices, terrible staff. I had to leave one day because the guy who made my food touched it without wearing gloves!

It's Rally's.it is what it is. One nice thing is that it's open pretty late and, although the food may not be considered "health food" it does taste pretty good from time to time!

4am Rally's trip! There was a woman panhandling or something just past the drive thru window holding up the car in front of us, lady at the window handled the situation very well, also they did a great job handling a special order. (Receipt says Cathryn/Caroline, I'm not sure which of them it was but everyone we interacted with was great. Thanks!) Food came out quickly and hot.

Bonus points for not lying that "the system is down" an hour before close. Happens a lot at Rally's.

The food is and beverage is great but it's clearly not fast food. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 sundaes. Got the sundaes soon as I got to the window. Then had to sit in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting on the 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.

Very quick service when busy. The parking lot/ drive thru is kind of a little problem & can be confusing FYI ]customers. Overall the food, quality, freshness etc are all great!
