Rally's, Cleveland OH

Service was horrible I was missing one of the sandwiches I ordered and received a chicken and fry box that contained zero fries. On top of that it was a 45 minute wait for a half completed order. Would recommend driving to a different location or picking a different food chain to eat at.

They have lovers fry size. Literally they take a medium size drink cup. And fill with with best fries in town.

Annoying how they are running drive thru to save time on their window timers. Making people late getting back to work. Deal with how long it takes to make the food for people. You are making up results by sending us around to the other window and us customers are suffering for it. Foods good thou.

The employees were very polite. They even offered my dog a hamburger patty. It's nice to see workers with a good attitude again.

The most unprofessional restaurant I have been to, makes me wish I had 20 hands so I could give him 40 thumbs down

Our food was given to us correctly as ordered no mistakes and my son thinks they've taken over his King of the fries

Food was made fresh fries for only a manager and one other person working there they did a very good job Expediting the food

Paid cash. Didn't receive my change. I was told by cashier that she didn't have any change. It's hard to understand how this happens.

Need more busy fast food! 30 min not good you slow busy. Need quicky busy rallys burger. Next time 10 min or leave back to money.

Great experience! Got my order fully correct down to the extra honey mustard. Ordered enough food to put a small horse in a coma, so seeing our order in its entirety brought joy straight to the loins. This is a rally’s with a seal of approval

This Rally's is hands-down the BEST! I went there around 8: 30pm on a sunday so it was busy but the line ran SMOOTHLY AND the drive thru workers were SO POSITIVE AND SO POLITE! They made my day so much better! If COVID weren't happening I would have gone in to give them all hugs and say thank you!

Edit: They were also all wearing masks. I felt very safe going through the drive through! I just read someone else had complained the crew wasn't wearing masks and wanted to update that this is no longer the case! 2 thumbs up!

I won't complain about how slow they were, I'm sure it was just a busy moment. However, we didn't get any napkins, making it tricky to eat when we got where we were going. The worst was that none of the employees wore masks during a mandatory mask order. Wouldn't recommend going back to this location.

Literally waited over 40 min in line to order my food when there was only 4 cars in front of me by far the worst service ever and I will never come back I'm so fuming right wasted a quarter tank of gas yall should fire all your employees!

Apparently under middle eastern ownership, the new rallyburger is the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger.only difference is it cost $8 for a meal instead of the $4 it would habe cost at McDonald's.very disappointed

It sucked for twenty dollars we got two dollar dollar burgers. Would have been better if going to Burger King

Food was correct this time I went. They usually forget an item. This visit I was lucky enough to hear one them yelling profanities, very ghetto. Love Rally's fries though.

Been here and had terrible service, came again and had amazing service. Like any fast food place its a hit or miss with service but the food is always good and they have a huge menu with great deals. Good milkshakes love their frys.

Fast food is fast food, I try to stay away from it and don't go many places often but when I do Rallys has them fries though! Gotta admit I love me some Rally's fries

Went there on a Saturday night. Ordered wings and they were horrible. The wings weren't fully sauce. It looked like they just threw a glob of sauce on the wings.
