Rally's, Cleveland OH

This Rally's is a couple of steps down from the other francies. The few times I have gone there burgers were Luke warm and the service was below par.
They need to step it up and make some changes.

Rotten bun with mildew inside bun on deep sea double. NEVER EVER BUY ANY THING THERE. YOU CANNOT MAKE A SANDWICH WITHOUT SEEING THIS!

Constantly getting orders WRONG! Either poorly trained or just don't care.need to get better late night workers.maybe they are just tired n making mental errors.but it's your job! I'd like to receive the food I paid for.my way not theirs! Lol horrible

Had a newbie take our order, took her a few min but it was hot and fresh and hit the spot like always. Best fries in town!

They have really good burgers until they sprinkle salt, like America doesn't have a problem already.

Very busy. But pretty fast to take and deliver the order. The "To Go" hall, was nice and well maintained. The workers were polite and prompt.

The the place in the ghetto so its ghetto PERIOD food WRONG brugers never hot its nuts and it take sooooo long

Me: "we have a car full, can we place separate orders? "
rally's employee: "no you may not. "

I will leave the food seems to come off the stove and out the fire but by the time it gets to the window it's cold

Had to wait over 20 minutes to even take my order and then they asuemed that I was done ordering and couldn't finish placing my order and then waited 12 minutes to get my food. I will not be going here if I don't have too. Will be writing corporate office

Service can be ghetto sometimes. The food can be okay but make sure you ask for it to be made fresh

Went at 7: 50pm. Empty drive thru. I was asked multiple times to up sell on a special. (I get it. I ran restaurants, hotels, and bars). What I did NOT expect, was a plastic bun tie in my samdwich.
