My dog loves coming to Red Dog for daycare. He’s always excited and runs in the lobby to get checked in! The staff is wonderful and greets him by name.

Red dog is exceptional. My dog LOVES going to day-care and boarding. When I say we're going to Red Dog, she immediately runs for her leash. And when I pull out luggage, she is overjoyed and can't wait to get in the car. So much for separation anxiety! She gives them a 5 star rating.

My dog Earl absolutely loves Red Dog. I take him to their daycare one to two times a week. Earl gets SO excited when we arrive and The Red Dog staff always seems equally happy to see him - they even greet him by name. It makes me feel so good to know my dog is not only happy and well cared for, but also loved!

What a great experience! I’ve never taken my sassy little guy to a groomer, and he has a history of being a jerk when not muzzled. Amanda got him cut and cleaned without the muzzle! (Trust me if you knew this dog you’d be impressed!) he looks so handsome, and he was so excited trotting out of there with his new bandana. All of the associates were so helpful and nice. And the pricing was very reasonable. We will be back for grooming and potentially other services!

I like the convenience and trust their care of my pet. But I do not like how smelly their facility has become in the past year. I understand it is where pets are but it didnt use to be this way and I have to wash my dog immediately after being there for even a day of daycare due to the smell.

Red Dog Pet Resort is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my dog Kenu when I go out of town. They have cameras in his suite so I can check on him. They walk him 3 times a day and there is an option for extra play time. I have left him at other places and he came back not breathing normally. I have left him with a dog sitter. With the dog sitter his eye had to be removed because of injury. Red Dog is the best choice for any doggie mom's or dad's peace of mind. There is no place like home but Red Dog is a home away from home. Thank you Red Dog Mason for loving and caring for my Kenu.

This was the first overnight stay for our girl. (She has been swimming at Red Dog twice about two years ago.) From the tour of the facility one week ago, to her overnight stay last night, the quality of care and location is outstanding. The variety of rooms available is wonderful. In her case, she is still under care from surgery on her leg; no jumping or running. She stayed in one of the suites under the VIP program (extra attention) and my instructions were followed completely. I loved the ability to check in on her via webcam! I cannot say enough about Red Dog and the staff. She will be staying again in the near future.

We have a 6 month old boxer and wanted to get her groomed before getting her spayed. Red Dog was able to get us in quickly and did a great job! She got a Deluxe Bath. Her nails were short and smooth, she smelled amazing, ears cleaned, fresh breath, and a cute bandana. We will definitely continue taking her to Red Dog!

Red Dog has had some bad press the last couple of days as a dog jumped a high fence and escaped. We feel for his owners and really hope he is found soon. We wanted to speak to our experience as this is an unfortunate but seemingly isolated incident and we’re confident that Red Dog will take steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

We got our puppy, Artemis, last summer and wanted to take her somewhere she could burn off some energy and be socialized with other dogs and people. Daycare at Red Dog has been the perfect option for us.

All of the dogs have an evaluation on their first day to find out their temperament and see what service is the right option for them. When we picked up Artie after her daycare evaluation, we got a report card telling us how she did (she passed)!

As Artie got older and bigger, she eventually had some issues where she was playing too rough with dogs smaller than her. Red Dog let us know and worked through a solution with us (moving her to a group with larger dogs) that kept her and the other dogs safe.

Overall, Artie loves going to daycare. All of the employees know her by name and seem to care for her like she was their own. We trust them completely with our fur baby. I have added a photo of Artie happily exhausted after a long day of playing at Red Dog.

First time I have ever had to put my baby (my 15 yr.old Newfy) at a resort. So glad I selected Red Dog! They were so good to both of us. Definitely will continue to use their service and highly recommend to anyone who may need this service for their fur-babies!

Best dog groomer, daycare, and overnight stays in town. They get to know your dog and love them. Great staff. Great place.

I can't recommend Red Dog anymore, take your beloved pet elsewhere. Red Dog does not care despite what they would like you to believe.

Issues we've had:

We have been over charged for day care and it took jumping through hoops to get the charge redacted. They treated us like we were trying to deceive them.

Unprofessional management. Inconsistent stories about exactly what was going on with our dog. One person said he was being aggressive while another said that is a vast exaggeration and at worst it was overplaying. Their own staff member said the play area is overpopulated which is likely causing issues.

This happened twice. The particular manager member said he was starting fights and that he would possibly not be allowed to come anymore. Then a higher level or different manager said that wasn't the case and that it was overplaying. Said just bring him for a half day

Getting taken out of daycare and put by himself for over a week without us being notified! We would not have been paying for him to be boarded. The only reason we take him there is for the exercise and that is obvious. We should be refunded for this. Completely unprofessional.
This place is a total joke and people we know who used to take their pets there now go elsewhere for a number of other reasons.

Treat your dog with class. This spot is Dog luxury. You should stop in and look around.

I feel comfortable with leaving the dog I love in the capable & compassionate hands of the staff at Red Dog. My dog is always happy to go to day care. She loves the people there & it’s evident they love her.

Easy to reserve and great and friendly staff. Our little dog enjoyed his 5 night stay and did 1/2 day daycare / playtime each day. When we picked him up he was happy but I also know he was treated just by his attitude when we picked him up. We did a small suite since this was his first time away and it was nice to be able to Check-In on him over webcam!

The staffers at Red Dog were very professional and caring. They treated our 11-year-old "senior" female borzoi with kindness and care. This was her first stay.

Great place to take our dogs. We have used both locations and have been very happy with the quality of service at each place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our dogs are very well taken care of while in their hands.

We visit king's island a few times a year due to our passes. The red dog near KI used to have some perks for guests at KI who boarded their dogs but recently eliminated the perks. Not sure if it was a broken cooperation with KI. That is our only complaint.

Still we are very happy with quality, service and cost.
