Alexa is our favorite groomer at Red Dog. She has listened to our feedback in the past and makes our baby Roxy look perfect every time she is groomed! Roxy smells and looks great after her haircut and bath!

Would highly recommend Red Dog for all your day care/boarding/grooming needs! They treat all dogs like their own, and are always so friendly and great to work with.

We will never return to this kennel and I will warn everyone I know not to use their services. When we booked the kennel for our two dogs we asked for how much it would cost and we were quoted for only one dog. So, needless to say upon picking them up, the bill was almost $100 higher than quoted to us when we made the reservation. When I asked about this discrepency I was told "sorry" and that they had alot of new staff that probably did not quote the cost correctly. I own a business and this is a real "red flag" for professionalism. Additionally, the bed blankets we brought were absolutely encrusted in feces and urine. I have NEVER had a kennel return the blankets dirty. Absolutely appalling service. It makes me think that the kennel area in the back must be quite dirty. We will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will tell everyone I know to NOT board your dogs here. I have never had such poor customer service, seen such appalling filth and been treated with such unprofessionalism.
