Red Roof Inn Columbus West - Hilliard

Room we stayed in was a single king bed. Pretty small and dated rooms. The "clean" towels had women's hair all over them. The toilet paper roll hadn't been changed out since the last guest. The sheets were clean but the blankets smelled like cigarettes. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

Nice rooms but police were called we could hear a man screaming at his girl friend he was going to stab her. Clean staff are very nice and helpful but the night lady at the front desk not so much.

First off there's no hot water didn't know that while booking online. But after driving for over a half hour I said that's fine we'll take it with no hot water. Get up to the room no remote call down she says you can come down and get one not bring it up to me. Blood stains on the blanket. Just not what I expected. Very disappointed.

Was told I needed a credit card and driver's license to match so I went to the Broad St, And was told that I didn't after my I had my sister com down to help me. Not happy with them at all.

I like to travel overnight and red roof is one of very few places that will let you get a room before noon and without a reservation. They are reasonably priced and the rooms are adequate for a snooze between driving stretches

Worst place I’ve stayed. Not a single person from the front desk staff is nice or accommodating. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay right across the parking lot for 20 more dollars.

This place is gross. I've stayed at RRIs before so had expectations of it being clean, at an absolute minimum. Not!

Comfortable beds, but plexiglass window was very thin and I heard several people outside while I was trying to sleep

The room was nice, bathroom was a tad small, but the beds were very comfy, had a good night sleep.

The company I work for puts myself and some coworkers up here for a yearly convention. I've been coming here for three years and everything is fine, except that the sheets are always kind of damp.

Stayed here over the weekend and the price was decent, I figured it would have more amenities for the total but won't complain because the service was nice. It's located in a good area near some eateries. The room was comfortable but not big & everything was clean. The bathtub needed updated & the stairway rails are coming apart a little hit. Other than those few things everything went over well.

The only place I stay when I go to Columbus. And I go often never have I gotten bad service or a bad room

Accommodations, okay lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short ride. Housekeeping needs much improvement you can actually smell the mildew in shower curtains, the rooms look clean but they're really not.

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, bed, and shower. Accepts pets without extra charges. Lots of parking.

Room was clean and neat, nice to have a fridge and microwave, only negative was the tv was a bit small. Would stay there anytime.

Rooms were very nice. Included in room I had there was microwave and mini fridge.coffee maker. Plugs everywhere. Charge phone and camera was easy. Only thing I didn't like was the hair soap. But not a big deal.

Mold around tub, shampoo bottle was hilariously set up as normal, but was empty, lol. Homeless guy at the back getting out of the rain. Bed was comfy and I slept but for 90 bucks could have been better.

Great location next plenty of stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and had no trouble or complaints.

Great looking hotel, all restuarants are in walking distance and the hotel was newly remodeled.

Stayed at the hotel because of a nearby yearly festival. The room we stayed in smelled like dirty feet when we opened the door. The housekeeping staff never changed the sheets. They just made the bed with dirty sheets. We had ordered takeout the first night we got there and I had gotten a stain on the sheets. The same stained sheets were on the bed the next evening.
