The only disappointment was that at checkout. The question of do we have AAA or AARP for discounts was asked. It was NOT asked upon check in and was told it could NOT be applied at checkout, just know for future visits.

Everything promised in the promotion was fullfilled, good location, the only thing to critize is that we were 4 and they only put 3 towels and q single small soap.

It was really creepy. There was alot of heavy machinery outside of every room. There was a drunk person banging on every door in the middle of the night. I would not do it again.

Not very pet friendly. Pet rooms only on noisy highway side. Will not refund your money if room smells like smoke and it has been more than 15 minutes since checking in even if you are a Redicard member. NOT 100% smoke free. Took calling corporate to get an acceptable room change.

Associate behind counter was texting while setting up my room in computer. Noisy, near outside was in neednod repair. Inside was nicely redone, but still complex needs attention.

Best red roof I've ever been. I've paid $60 for other motels around the Eastern half of the country and this by far was the nicest room. Kiasha at the front desk was really nice as well.

Late check in room was more than advertised price. I climb in to bed I feel crumbs I get up turn on the light, it's a trail of what I would politely call sperm, i pull the sheet back yep pubic hair all over the sheet. Gross but it's 1: 45am I pull the sheets back on the other bed, I giant pile of black long hairs in the middle of the bed. I have very short blonde hair so can't act like it's mine. I call the front desk have to pack up put my stuff in the car to go to the lobby for a new room and key, i move my car get my suitcase out again, Nope the key doesn't work, I have to put the suitcase back in my car in the freezing rain AGAIN back to the lobby, you know what they offered me? A bottle of water for my troubles! Honey I'm soaking wet it's 2am I'm freezing shove that bottle up your rear, back to the room again dragging a suitcase. Absolutely the worst service, all I was offered by the manager was 15% off AFTER I checked out, I think I'll post the video

I know it is cheap, it needs to be!
Awful, room smelt (I do not like to think what of) sheets dirty and found things under the bed.
I complained and was told I could not have my money back. Left anyway. Not a pleasant experience!

This was the nicest Red Roof we've stayed at yet. Rooms renovated just 3 years ago - Jessica at front desk was super along with night front desk before her. The housekeeper, Jessica, was fantastic & helped us immensely with info & guidance. After driving all day & into the night (with bad weather), it was nice to have such friendly & smiling faces. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel!
