Jennifer Wilson was the best. Very respectful and amazing hands. The best massage I've ever had. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Definitely going back.

I have been practicing yoga at Release on and off for a few years (I’ve loved every class and every teacher) and just began massage services recently. Karla is soooooo amazing. Her technique is excellent and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love this studio. I've been attending classes pretty regularly for about a year now and it's always been the best experience. All of my friends I've brought with me have loved it as well. I struggled for years to get a pull up and Jill Saylor at Release is the reason I can finally do one. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I love it here! Everyone is so nice and I like that they have more than just yoga, but also barre and dance classes. Plus, their boutique is excellent!

Just had a massage with Jennifer Wilson- and it was GLORIOUS! She is a miracle worker! The Release Team is absolute perfection when it comes to massages (. And yoga.and waxing.facials.). Highly recommended- two thumbs up!

Just had a massage with cupping by Karla Williams. I have had many massages over the years and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. Karla is professional yet friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

DO YOUR RESEARCH! I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING RELEASE 5 YEARS (HOLDING A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MORE THAN HALF OF THAT TIME), i will miss my favorite teacher but at this point i will no longer support a business that does not deserve it. I have had friends that worked here that warned me of all the unfair practices and i kept going because i loved my classes but i am officially moving my journey to another studio. I should have left after being burned on my Washington Square membership.
Do your own research, or better yet read the owners aggressive responses to the bad reviews- its always the customers fault.

I had a massage with Karla. My first visit. It was amazing! The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendy and knowledgeable. Looking forward to attending a yoga class next.

Karla is by far the best massage therapist around! If you're looking for someone who not only knows what they are doing but also has amazing customer service, Karla is your girl.

I had a massage with Karla Williams and it was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had! She listened to me and asked questions. It was so relaxing and she worked everywhere I needed! I needed a lot of pressure which she did and omg it was amazing! I highly recommend Karla!

Yes I am an yoga instructor at Release but I will always be a student yogi first. I can't even begin to share with you how impactful my journey at Release has been. Every class I take, every class I teach, every beautiful yogi that walks through the doors, inspires me to be the Best Version of Myself. I have found my little secret happy place where I am encouraged to honor every moment and love my body and mind exactly where I am in that breath.
As many of you know, I am about as busy as it gets.
3 daughters, 3 jobs, traveling husband, the list goes on.but in the middle of my storm, is MY YOGA, MY RELEASE!
I challenge everyone, my future yogis, to make time, make yourself a priority (we all deserve it) and walk through our doors, come experience what Release has to offer. Trust me.you can make every excuse in the book why you can't come to yoga. I have said them all and have heard them all. But the truth is. Everyone deserves to be Happy, Healthy, and Whole. Release Studio has put me on that train. For that I am forever grateful for Patti and her staff (that I am honored to be a part of now)!

I had a prenatal massage today with Patricia, it was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. This was exactly what this momma needed. I will definitely be back!

Amazing place for some much-needed self-care. I have scoliosis and deal with a lot of back pain, I just recently got a massage at the studio and it was fantastic! Not only was the massage experience great but the staff was very friendly and was even able to give great tips and recommendations for stretches and exercises to help my back along with some yoga classes that would be beneficial in releasing some of the tension in my muscles. 100% would recommend!

If you are looking to melt your stress away and get a great massage Karla is your person. She is professional and listens to you about your problem areas. You won't be disappointed, book now!

Had the most amazing experience getting a custom facial with Jaime! I loved every minute of it and my face has never felt so smooth and looked so vibrant! I highly recommend trying out one of there skin services.

This place is where it is at. The staff is very welcoming & make everyone feel super comfortable. There are many different class styles so I found ones that i really enjoyed & ones that pushed me out of my comfort zone. Jess's salt balls are fantastic too!

I have went to two classes at release yoga. My first I did aerial yoga with Sarah after I got a Groupon on a whim. (the Groupon is only for specific types of class and for new members.) Sarah made me feel so comfortable even as a yoga beginner in her aerial beginners class. She was super helpful when it came to the end of the class and getting comfortable getting off the ground. Absolutely rate her class 10 out of 10! I tried to take her class again today but it was booked up. (Definitely sign up ahead!) The people at The desk were super helpful and suggested another class for me to take. This class was with Amy and although I wouldn’t suggest it for beginners it was really nice being challenged a little but still didn’t feel pressured to go past my limits. Amy had a lot of knowledge and it was great learning from her! It was also nice to see her stay after class and help instruct some of the students who wanted to go further on their yoga journey and had a few questions. Even in the few times I have been there I have seen all of the staff go above and beyond for its customers. Definitely coming back even after my Groupon expires!
