I have been a member of release since it opened and it just gets better and better. Everyone from the desk to the instructors to the owner is kind, caring, and professional. Bravo. So glad to be a participant in this joyful place.

I LOVE this place! Pattie and her team is WONDERFUL! I was very comfortable in the studio and loved the decor. Jill is AMAZING. I was so nervous my first time but she made the experience so much fun and I was able to do things I never thought I could do before! I recommend this place to everyone!

On my second year at release and just love it! I love all the classes and the teachers.everyone is so friendly Patty has done a great job.
