Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location - lots of restaurants, close to the ball park, decent size rooms and a bar downstairs. The staff were very helpful and polite and got great tips on the restaurants.

We arrived on Thanksgiving night and stayed the entire weekend. We were warmly greeted. Our room was huge. The building is very beautiful. Breakfast was good with options for everyone. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Location. Location. Location. Nice modern facilities in the heart of Cleveland. Can't ask for anything more.

Location, location, location! Absolutely fantastic location! My only complaint is the low number of rooms with two beds! I was unable to switch from a King w/ queen sleeper to a room with two Queens.

Nice hotel in downtown Cleveland. Only complaint that was communicated to the front desk staff was the shower in our room did not drain hardly at all and was backing up while I showered. The backup source was actually coming back up out of the drain, not a clean experience.

Room is nice but it would've been nice if they told me when I booked the room that parking is an additional charge. They said it was on the website whrn I checked in but unless you know to look for it, it doesn't pop out.

Great location, gets busy if a game is being played in one if the stadiums nearby. Lots of great places in walking distance

People are very nice at the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is great with many restaurants and casino nearby. Rooms are big and confortable.

We were upgraded to a suite for free which was very nice. The bed was a bit hard, definitely caused this side sleeper to wake a few times from pressure point pain. Otherwise it was very clean and nice.

Great location, within walking distance to the Q and 4th Street restaurants. Spacious rooms with a great view of the Arcade (on the second floor). Only thing keeping this as a 4 star review is the bathroom needs an update.

Fabulous hotel. Clean and moden with the old school character. Very friendly staff. This will definitely be my go to hotel when I am in Cleveland!

Very friendly. The only complaint I had was the toilet was not as clean as it should have been and the seat kept sliding.

Awesome location, clean hotel, nice rooms and a bar downstairs. The room that we had was awesome as it had a huge skylight in the ceiling and our own patio up top that you could see all of downtown from. Super cool room. We frequented the bar downstairs nightly and I can't say enough about how awesome Matt was. Great tips on where to eat and had a good sense of humor. When we come back to Cleveland we'll for sure be staying back here!

This isn't your ordinary Residence Inn. Yes it still has a small kitchen in each room, but it's much more like an Autograph hotel. The base if the building is the Arcade shops, which makes for a neat atmosphere. The staff is great and the location is perfect. The breakfast was good. They upgraded our room to a neat two story. Definitely a great stay!

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. I will choose this hotel again on my next stay in Cleveland.
