Dr. Chen was thorough, very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the exam and results for our dogs. We were called with follow up for results that were not immediately available at the visit.

Dr. Chen was extremely thorough in trying to find out why my greyhound was peeing and drinking more than usual. I would definitely recommend her as a vet. I wish they would let owners in with their pets now that most people are vaccinated, but overall I feel like we are getting quality care.

Was the worst time getting my dog put down but they were amazing.super Nice.thank you for everything.

Dr. David McGuffin has been our many pets' vet since 1987.
His care for Daisy at this last appointment with her chronic kidney disease is on par with his excellent expertise. His prescribed medicine has improved her blood work and her well being. Always responsive and caring, always answering all questions and easing my concerns.and thus improving my capabilities.

Einstein our corgidor became was very sick on Monday we called Riverside Animal Care Center & Dr Graham was able to see him. He was hospitalized until Wednesday & Dr Graham was wonderful. The staff took great care of Einstein & his on the road to recovery. Dr Graham kept us update to any changes in Einstein & his treatment. Plus the app is great is a great tool for us pet patients.

I had book a stay for my dogs and after visiting I decided I did not want to leave them there - the kannels were dirty and smelled very bad. I felt bad for the dogs that were staying there
The worst part was that they charged me $50 for not cancelling before 48hs.

We have brought our pets to Riverside Animal Care Center for over 20 years, and they have all received excellent care. Our dog Murphy is no exception. Recently he had surgery and we can't say enough about the care Dr. McGuffin and all the staff have given him. Thank you all for the patience and treats he needed!

My cat had a urinary blockage. After a not so great experience at a vet ER I was feeling very lost, stressed and scared.
I was given great customer service over the phone followed by great care by the techs and Dr. Graham. Since my first visit I’ve had to follow up a few times while my cat heals and each time we’ve been given awesome care! My work schedule isn’t very flexible but with the drop off option, the phone call updates and the later pick up, it’s been very helpful when trying to get the care your animal needs while also being loyal to your job. Thank you for never making me feel like you care more about money than my animals needs, for always being super friendly and helpful and for having Presley’s best interest in mind each time!

Dr. Minor is great.my husband and I take all of our pets here for routine exams which is a long trip but worth it to us because they have always been caring and friendly

We had no trouble scheduling our initial appointment, and the hours are very convenient! Selena, our Chiweenie, walks happily into the vet these days! Dr. Graham was wonderful at our first appointment, she answered all of my questions and reviewed Selena's history. After our appointment, we had trouble with Selena refusing to accept a new pet sitter coming into the house. I emailed Dr. Graham, she got back to me in a couple of days with some great tips, and now Selena is a perfect angel for her sitter. Highly recommend!

We moved from Europe 2 years and a half ago with many pets and needed to find a new veterinarian.
The staff at Riverside Drive Animal Care Center made our choice simple, I could not be happier with the service received for our two dogs. The doctors and staff are professional, caring, friendly, and compassionate. I have always worked with Dr McGuffin, who has been fantastic to work with. He is always willing to listen to my (many!) concerns and is patient with any questions I ask (a lot!), taking the time to answer and make sure I understand what he is trying to convey.
I really appreciated to have not only news (phone call) of my dogs but also a picture taken during recovery.
Pricing is reasonable.

Just went for my first visit with my shy greyhound who is fresh off the race track. He's a very timid fellow and needed a lot of care (deep ear cleaning, ear antibiotics, fecal exam, and three vaccines) and they were nothing but kind and supportive throughout the visit. Everyone was so helpful in outlining everything I need to do for his meds (and there were a lot of them) and extremely reasonably priced which was quite the cherry on top of an all around great experience.

I visited riverside animal care center with a new kitten for the first time. The staff was very friendly and saw my kitten the same day. The office was clean, the staff professional, and pricing was reasonable. I will be using this vet office from now on, and highly recommend them to other pet owners!

I would recommend Dr. Wisecup and Riverside Drive Animal Care Center to anyone. My dog has been going through some pretty serious neurological issues and Dr. Wisecup has gone above and beyond to help outside of normal clinical hours.

Wonderful Doctors, awesome Technicians, everyone has been trained very well and they treat your best friends with the warmest care. The truly are there for you and your whole family.

Our dog has received excellent care and attention from the entire staff for over 7 years. He is a rescue and needed extensive medical service at the start, including surgery on his leg. When we travel, he is kenneled at the facility.
