The staff is always helpful. Dr. Wisecup always listens and gets to the bottom of any issues if it's something unusual.

Staff is personable and responsive. I enjoy seeing the staff each time I visit. The Doctor's are thorough and take the time to give your pet a detailed exam. Never have they rushed through an exam. Riverside Animal Hospital has an edge over many other veterinarians as they do a lot of things in house.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Their office is stress free and offers private waiting rooms so your animal isn't distracted or anxious.

My appointment was for 1400 on 02/20 but was advised when I arrived that there had been several emergency cases and that they were running behind. Everybody working that day did an outstanding job and were very kind and apologized for the delay. The level of customer service was outstanding. I wish the staff at RiverSide could train my doctor and his staff on the proper way to treat people.

I could not be happier with the service received by Riverside Animal Care. My six month old puppy stayed there days after getting spayed. I cannot express how great the staff was. This was the first time she had a been boarded. The staff was very willing to answer all questions about her time at the facility and even allowed me to call and check on her. They give you a report card at the end of the stay as well to tell you how your dog adapted to the environment. I would recommend this facility.

I moved from Northeast Ohio with two elderly cats. Finding a new veterinarian is always a chore but the staff at Riverside Drive make my choice simple. The doctors and staff have all been caring and compassionate while being honest and professional. I recently had to euthanize my oldest cat. It was traumatic for me. But the process couldn't have been more comforting in my time of absolute grief. Hours are convenient and capabilities are great. Recommend A+

Fantastic facility!

Took our puppy to this vet 1 time after struggling to find a solution for his digestion issues.

After one visit we had learned more than we had at the countless visits with the previous vet, and fixed his problem within one week of a different medicine prescribed for him.
