AmandaK-as a car enthusiast, racer and fanatic, I arrived primed for a Veloster N (performance) in response to your 2019 model discount. AmandaK was helpful, truthful in her presentation, and a pleasure to work with, alas the vehicle is mothballed for the winter months, but I anticipate a happy spring reunion. I made the mistake of impulsively buying a Mercedes. Fast forward a few years, some debt, and a credit score plummet, I found myself at this dealership looking for a nice and reliable car for my new family. Mindy and Angelina worked tirelessly to put us in the car of my dreams at a price I could work with. The dealership is incredibly nice and we felt welcomed and safe as soon as we walked through those doors. I never once felt like I was trying to be bamboozled. I can’t recommend or praise them enough!

Often people tell us our driveway looks like a Hyundai dealership. We have 2 Santa Fe's and our daughter has a Kona. We have 3 Hyundai's because of the great service that Ron Marhofer of Cuyahoga Falls provides and Hyundai's are reliable cars. Not only that, our sales woman Amanda is fantastic because she makes getting a car effortless. I dread nothing more than buying a new car.this is no longer true. I walk in and Amanda has the majority of the work completed. This dealership is fantastic and the employees are genuine people. Rock on RM Hyundai of CF!

Bought a car and loved it. Salesman was great. Check engine light went on less than a week having it. Took it in and they said they fixed it. Less than a week later it came on again. It is past the 15 day return policy. I am screwed on paying to fix something that should have been done the first time. In order to pass e-check there needs to be no check engine light on. I am never ever buying a car through here again. All they did was reset it, didn’t even replace it. That is shady and wrong.

Really wish they had what we were looking for in used inventory. Can't remember the name of the guy we were working with, but he was so much more pleasant and less pushy than the other folks we eventually ending up buying from. Searching for a used car stinks that way.

Walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and took a car home a few hours later! Worked with Mike who was very straightforward and easy to work with. Greg worked his magic with the banks and I walked out of there in shock with how easy and painless the process was. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Thanks guys!

We sold a car to Ron Marhofer a few months ago and the experience was great - straightforward process and we got an offer we were very pleased with. When it was time to buy a car for my son, we returned. Another great experience. Super friendly sales team, no hassle, and a great car for a good price.

They do cash for cars but they will pick your car apart. I brought in a Honda that ran perfectly but had to be sold for financial reasons. They offered $600. That was a laugh. I ended up selling it for twenty nine hundred. It's the best car anyone could own. It's a Honda! Don't do cash for cars there! The guy was very honest with me though he told me straight up the best thing to do

Used car had duct tape the same color as the car covering rust. Saleslady was less than stellar to say the least.

Wow! My husband and I will 100% be back for our next vehicle! They were so professional, so accommodating! We had an issue after we purchased and they took care of it 100% and were so apologetic (it was no ones fault). Also their prices are by far the lowest I’ve come across. We love our new Jeep!

In just a few words; stress free, easy, fair priced, no pressure. I found a used car on the web at this dealer. I went there and learned this is a no haggle auto dealer. I had not dealt with that style of car purchase before. I was skeptical. I looked the car over and spoke with Richard Walters about this car. He explained the dealership's philosophy. He did not pressure me into a purchase. I left without buying the car. When I returned home, I looked at the same make and model on the web. All the other cars I found were at least $1200 more. Ron Marhofer's price was very fair. I do not think I could have gotten a better price at another dealership even with negotiating. My wife and I returned the next day, drove the car, and made the purchase. I had financing set with my credit union. Here again, there was no pressure to get financing through the dealer. Mr. Walters worked with us while we called my credit union and got the financing set. We also met one of their finance people, Angline, and she too was very nice. She did not pressure us to take their financing. She was through and offered us options of vehicle warranty, but did not high pressure us. I recommend Ron Marhofer for your next car and I highly recommend Richard Walters to assist you in that purchase.

Came from out of town, seen a car I liked online. Called made an appointment. Showed up Friday 3/2/18 at noon. Talked to Allen, although I didn't care for the sitting down and filling out a questionnaire of qualifying questions before I could drive the car, thats not my complaint. I was there for over three hours going back and forth with the finance people and Allen in regards to me getting the car that night. My bank sent them approval etc. Because my wife couldn't sign documents before the bank closed it would then have to be Saturday that the deal was finalized and the car would be delivered to me. Once the papers were sent to Allen he called me and told me that they didn't have any drivers and I'd have to wait until Monday 3/5/18. Sunday I sent Allen a text in regards to an eta for Monday, he told me they were closed but he would call me first thing Monday morning. Personally this should have been hashed out Saturday and all details etc.should have already been set up. Today is Monday it is 3: 15 and I don't have my car. I've gotten the run around all day. Allen texted me a number to a different location in Stow to talk to a manager which I did, gave them all the info. At 2: 45 Allen's boss called me from the location were I signed paper work and test drove car. In the begging of the conversation he stated he didn't know anything about it? I found that very hard to believe. He really wasn't telling me what I wanted to hear, and was quite argumentative, as was I, but I have a reason to be. I stated that I was going to cancel the deal with my bank if he didn't give me answers, which he stated that I wasn't listening to him? I've done everything that I needed to do on my end and so has my bank. I settled on 5pm delivery. We'll see what happens, but it almost seems like they don't want me to have the car and our making it very difficult on their end when they do not need to. I let the gentlemen know that the car better be immaculate when I receive it, he said are you sure this is the right car for you? I'm not quite sure what that means but this is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Never had to call a company to argue to receive something thats technically mine.
