It's good place where you get rightly priced cars. They were really helpful and assisted me nicely in advising and guiding towards a conclusive car that I needed. They also took care of any issues that surface within short limited time period after buying the used car. Darryl was always helpful and fixed issues on our first notice itself. Highly recommend him as your family car agent.

I really like Ron Marhoffer. I bought a car about 18 months ago and the buying process was painless. Good price, no negotiation. Service was very friendly and no pressure. Since buying the car, I've taken it back for routine maintenance items and they are also handled by friendly staff. Once their service took longer than promised so that didn't charge me.

Then last year my wife's car needed replacing, so I went right back to Ron Marhoffer and had the same experience a second time.

Do not work here! They will not pay you what you earn! I worked here for 6 months and decided that this just wasn't working out for me and my family financially. So I decided to move on and I left on could terms or so I thought. I worked up until the last working day of the month. You would think that I would get paid for the cars I sold, but nope. They did not pay me but they still made there money off of my work. I have never heard of a company not paying for worked earned. Every place that I have ever worked before has paid there employee's salary that they have earned even if they were fired. Very unprofessional. So work here at your own risk.

I came back to see Deb after spending a great deal of time shopping for a used car. I would still be looking if not for Deb as well as the team spirit I felt while at Ron Marhofer. I felt confident and supported while shopping there! Thank you for a great experience and a great used vehicle!

Although we did purchase a vehicle here, I would certainly NOT recommend shopping here unless you don't plan to have any questions about the vehicles you're looking at. Both salesmen that helped us were nice however were not at all knowledgable about their inventory. I gave up on looking to them for product information and features. Honestly they were pretty disinterested in their sale. Also the lady who works in the finance department was quite rude when there was a misunderstanding with our payment even though it was 50% her mistake due to not catching the error upon reciept of our bank check. I won't go back or recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! Tried to trick us into buying car with 2 front BALD tires. Measured REAR treads and tried to BS us that it was fromt tread measurements. After witnessing remeasurement ourselves and calling them out on the scam, they agreed to replace front tires with new. Hey guys, women ARENT idiots. BALD tires arent ROCKET SCIENCE to us. If it were up to me, that car would have stayed on that lot and Id have spent 14k CASH elsewhere! POOR sales tactics to a FULL CASH PAYING CUSTOMER. IF ZERO stars were an option thats what Id give!

I have had them service my cars over 20 years. Great service and courteous staff. You are in and out fast. They provide a ride home if needed. Recommend to anyone.
