Sewer back up and they came in cleaned up, ripped out and explained everything as they went. Calmed our nerves and worked very hard to get us back to almost normal! Fans, dehumidifiers and air purifier running wide open. What a blessing they have been! Thank you for everything!

Very expensive, slow response times, and will come up with excuses on why when it backs up again that they need to charge you again.

They were able to dispatch someone to look at the problem in a timely manner. The technicians thoroughly investigated the problem and explained it and how they intended to resolve it. They explained everything they were doing and did a great job.

Lost a water heater at noon. Had a new one up and running by 6PM.that in itself was wonderful. Equally important the job was done with care and the area was cleaner that when the technician arrived to do the work. I will make Roto-Rooter my first call for any plumbing needs in the future!

I had a clogged kitchen drain that was caused by a buildup of grease. My attempt to use a hand snake was unsuccessful as the blockage was too far below floor level. I called in the evening for service the next morning. Service was preformed as promised. The tech was punctual, professional and wore protective booties on his shoes. But beware: their policy is not to give you a quote in advance. Rather the tech came and gave a quick quote of 339 - essentially a flat fee that could have been given in advance. Of course I would not have ordered their service for that price. I have had similar blockage over the years and expected the job to be pretty routine for a price of 100-150 max. Their fee amounted to over 300/hr! And that gives them the benefit of the doubt that it really takes over an hour to do the service. So I would avoid the situation of being a captive customer. Better yet, be more careful about what you push down the disposer.
