Very good service, called them up on a saturday at noon and they were at my home in less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. Even gave me a great discount. Guys were super helpful!
Fantastic customer service! They called me before coming out and were incredibly flexible with our difficult schedules. The techs came and fixed the problem quickly and took the time to do it right -I love that there are no weekend or evening extra service charge. I am very happy with the service! George Streitz was prompt, professional, and was able to communicate exactly what was required to fix my leak (new parts, putting in new pipes, etc.) in language I could understand. I highly recommend him!
On Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving, I discovered I had a main drain blockage. I called Roto-Rooter that evening and they responded early on Thanksgiving morning to unclog the drain. Technician (Ron) was very professional, confirmed the drain blockage I reported, and went right to work to unclog the drain. Great service, especially during the holiday!
Drain not opened due to 'something'. Camera was supposed to be run, tech NEVER showed to do it, called Roto-Rooter back and they said they'd have someone call back. NEVER got a call back. I have zero confidence in the professionalism of this company after that.
