The job was done perfect! And quick added more work then what we called for but Matt Jones #4498 had no problem. He also was great wearing a mask at all times. Made us feel comfortable and no worries.

We had Leslie (4948) from Roto-Rooter our 2nd experience with this company come out to repair 2 leaks. We had one a leaky valve and one outdoor faucet. She was professional. The cost was what I expected. They were quick to arrive when I called yesterday. I appreciate Roto-Rooter's overall experience, fast, friendly cost effective service. Thank you.

Called them in the morning, got to my house before noon to install my new dish washer. Maurice Gibert was the tech. He did a great job on the install and made sure everything was level and working properly before he left. Professional and upbeat.

Maurice was awesome! He was patient and thorough, walking us through what was wrong with our water heater and why it needed to be replaced.

Our technician Maurice was very nice and informative about everything he was doing and we really enjoyed talking to him. Thank you for sending him out and for helping us out.

I called Rooter OCT 2015 for a toilet water leak, the wax ring needed replacement. It happened that the ring needed to be replaced again last week May 2018. Once my new plumber removed the toilet he saw that Rooter had not removed the old leaky ring rather put the newer one on top. He didn’t follow protocol. I am very disappointed i paid $500 for the service call.

The worst company to deal with. They schedule you then, call to tell you a different time. The dispatchers think they can play with schedules. Crummy company.

Initially contacted Solon Office to verify that they serviced my area (Independence). That was on Wednesday and I scheduled for between 1pm and 5pm the next day (Thursday) I took leave from work Thursday afternoon and waited it had rained a good bit and forecast was for more rain. The water in my driveway would normally drain through a drain in center but it wasn't and water was backing up to the side of my house and I was concerned it may find a way into my basement. On Thursday I received a call at 3pm to let me know tech was still on other job and behind but would be here. I thought that was great customer service! At 530pm I got another call, apologizing but tech still backed up but they work late so would be here. GREAT customer service, so I thought. At 830pm I got a call, tech wouldn't be able to make it, but would come next day. I explained that I couldn't take leave again, but could be home and asked if a tech could be here at or just after 3pm the next day (Friday). No problem, they said, I would be a priority job because they didn't make it today. We agreed to the reschedule. Friday - I waited, nobody told me they would call before coming out to confirm someone home (which apparently is company policy, I can appreciate that). I thought after having waited on Thursday but they didn't show, and after my conversation with dispatcher Thursday evening and expressing dissatisfaction about using leave for nothing, and being told I was priority for next day, I wouldn't think another "confirmation" call was needed and surely didn't consider that. At about 5pm, as I waited again, I just happened to pick up my cell phone which I normally have on me but on vibrate only, I noticed a missed at around 330pm. I called it back, it was roto-rooter dispatch. That's when I found out that even though I waited and wasted several hours of leave the day before, even though they apologized and assured me I would be priority on Friday, that company policy was still to call to confirm someone was at the house (Are you kidding?). The dispatcher said she would contact the tech and asked me to hold. Coming back on the line she said they are working late and would be here after the job they are on. Okay. At around 830pm dispatch calls and says they won't be able to make it! He asks if they could come tomorrow (Saturday) asked if I would be around ALL day? Not feeling like I ad a choice and beginning to feel like I was being held against my will, I said sure, I would be here all day. At that point he, said he made a discovery that the order was placed wrong. I needed a "jetter" to blow out the drain since it was an outside drain and not an inside drain. What? He fixed it and said someone would be here tomorrow (Saturday), apologizing and again assuring that they would be here. Okay I said. Saturday - I received a call around 930am to confirm I would be home exasperated, I said yes I would, ALL day. At 230pm I get a call from dispatch telling me that unfortunately the techs are all backed up and unable to make it today! They had the nerve to ask if they could reschedule for yet another day, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My response - I calmly said no, I had waited on three separate days, my drain was still clogged, water still backing up. More rain in forecast! With no way to make sure they would actually show the "next" day, I explained that they must be very busy, which would mean they have plenty of customers, I see some great reviews on them from satisfied customers - at least the ones they actually make it out to service, not sure how many have a similar experience as mine, but I told them no, with plenty of customers the have enough money coming in and do not need my business. I will take my business elsewhere and I am hopeful that I will not have the additional expense of replacing carpeting or drywall in my basement. Roto- Rooter, that's the name.right! Sure it is, but I think they only have one tech and one truck. At least learn and hire more.maybe more techs and less dispatchers.

Roto Rooter knows what they are doing when it comes to fixing sewer piping. They use a hydrojet process to remove the roots obstructing the view of the pipe condition, so that the most cost-effective corrective measures can be identified. I have used them in the past for my plumbing needs, and will continue to use them in the future.

The initial contact person was so helpful and polite. The technician was immensely helpful and very polite, as well. The follow-up call the next day was great, too. Everyone was so nice and in a time of crisis really calmed us down. Thank you all so very much.

I was so grateful to be able to get service on Easter Sunday morning! The appointment timeframe was met, the technician was professional and courteous, and the problem was solved within 45 minutes. I would make sure your equipment has rubber feet to prevent scratching floors. I put rags under the machine to protect my floor. Overall, great experience!

Nick was wonderful. I called in the evening after I dropped my necklace down the drain. He came out within an hour or so and retrieved it. He was very helpful, courteous and efficient. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

Jordan was awesome, came out on a Saturday night and took the time to drill through main sewer stack with a snake, took a couple hours and he said he still wasn't satisfied with how it cleared out and offered to have a free camera inspection done, which still needs to be scheduled.

We have a recurring problem with roots growing into our sewer line (6" clay pipe) and clogging it. We knew we were due for a clean out, but had put it off. When the sewer backed up, we scheduled online through the web site and had a plumber at our house within three hours on a Saturday. He was familiar with the concept of a whole-house trap (a sewer gas trap out in the yard) which is a plus. It was a good experience all around. The next time, we will schedule it so it's not urgent.

James arrived and took time to get a handle on the nature of the problem, check out a couple of simpler possibilities, and then solve our problem. A few parting words of advice were welcome. All in all I was really happy to make James' acquaintance and watch this pro git er done.

We had an amazing experience with this company. The technician Matt was able to find the issue and he was able to fix our kitchen sink under 10 minutes!
