25Tyler did a great job at diagnosing and solving the problem quickly and efficiently. As a new homeowner, I've never had to deal with any sort of plumbing issues on my own, so I was very happy with my decision to use RotoRooter!
Matt got the drain open but was unable to reinsert the snake the second time. Due to nature of the drain blockage he had wanted to run the snake through twice. I know Matt will be a great technician when he gets a little more experience.
Had a problem with my toilet, the technician angered the main, but it did not fix the problem. A technician came out and flushed the toilet and it seemed to work. He said if I had any problems to call back. Three weeks later the problem is still here only worse. I called and they want to auger again because I was not given a guarantee for the original work. Really? They don't guarantee their work?
Very professional, very honest, and even lessened our required services when they discovered we didn't need everything we first thought, which saved me thousands.
They came and fixed the issue as well as explained what caused the problem and preventive steps I could take to keep this from happening again. Very happy with their service.
