Schiller Park reviews
32Beautiful park, beautiful neighborhood, friendly staff that allowed us to move our wedding to this location at the last minute, free of charge. They saved our wedding!
Pokemon GO with the boys. Good times. Been going there since i was a boy. Always improving w/o the bs of construction (for long).
A beautiful park; meets the very ideal of a neighborhood park with greenery, walking paths, recreation opportunities for young and old. Nothing more pleasant than a summer evening of Shakespeare in Schiller Park.
I love this park. My family frequently attends the shows at Actor's Theatre, and as a mom of a young one the duck pond and playgrounds are also great. My only complaint is that park goers rarely leash their dogs (even more intimidating dogs). It can be really scary when some of the dogs approach my toddler.
This is our all time favorite park to bring our girls to! Every when we ask them if they want to go to Schiller, they lose it! There has been a couple times when there are questionable characters here, but between the awesome walks, plays in the park and other events here, nothing will keep us from coming here! Cold, rain or sun shine, our fuzzy girls wiggle their butts around to see all the people, dogs and kids.
Beautiful park in the hearth from German Village. A beautiful small pond, a community center with a cheap nice gym, tennis and basketball courts, a playground and enough space to sit and have a lunch with the family. Often used by wedding photohraphers.
This is in the top three parks that I like to go to. During the summer, there is an outdoor stage where Shakespeare is performed.
Lovely park, beautiful for walking and good if you have small kids, also great if you play pokemon go, lots of stops
Always love coming to this park and walking around with my dog. Definitely a park where you can let your dog off the leash as usually the majority of the other dogs are friendly. They also have a rec center which is nice and a nice playground for the kids.
It was interesting to learn more about the German community and their love of Schiller through the displays at the park.
This park is dog friendly, which being a dog lover is great. The houses surrounding the park are absolutely beautiful. The park offer black top walk ways. A circle with the statue, two ponds one which spouts water, an area where entertainment can be done at, a recreational facility attached to the park with a parking lot.
