They usually have all kinds of weird parts. Selection is decreasing, and bolts are frequently mis-stocked, but usually a good last ditch bet for old parts. Please note: not Lowe's, and not Amazon.

I recommend this place because the service is great they have pretty much of what you are looking for and if it's not in store they can pretty much get your need

So ACE.usually has the older replacement parts I need.

Don't have it. They can usually get it or lead u to it.
They have saved me many wall removals to replace entire Shower diverters. Buy having the perfect replacement parts.

Great place to get things u need for repairs around the house and I've always found the employees to be friendly.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Always go there instead of the bigger home stores when I can.

Bought a tool, found my original tool so I didn't need the replacement. Tool still in package and brought right back in like 45 minutes. Was then informed no returns on tools.

Good selection. Poor customer service. Major need to learn people skills.

Update: my faith has been restored. The guys working today we're great! Very personable?

Multiple staff members helped me find the items I needed. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I ended buying the wrong item and it was not resellable, but they let me return it anyway. This location is definitely one of my recommended.

Great neighborhood hardware store. They obviously can't carry everything the big box stores do but they have most things you'll need for any diy project along with more expertise than you'd expect.

I’m not very knowledgeable about hardware, and that is why I typically go to ACE - to get awesome advice and customer service. Today when I went, both salesmen I spoke with were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I left feeling embarrassed and will never go back because instead of advice on what screw I needed, I was insulted and patronized. Home Depot it is.

More limited selection of items vs big box stores but a great neighborhood hardware store. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

Let's hear it for a hardware store you can walk around without a pedometer. I never have a problem finding what I need at Ace or someone to help me.

Been here twice and each time I was greeted and immediately asked how I could be helped and shown exactly to what I was there for! No need to wander the aisles here. Super friendly staff!

Its a small place and the cashier was a nice lady. I was looking for 3 or 4 things. I was walking back r o get them when the clearance section cought my eye and I start looking at that. They have security and all there other employees watching me made me feel like a thief. If the company I work for did not need the things I was there to get I would habe left without spending a dime.

I really appreciate this place. The main factor that makes me say this is the employees, they take the time to listen and make suggestions that are in your best interest.

I will go here and pay a little extra because I know I can get waited on, I know I'll get expert service.

Staff is helpful. I visited this location to but some lumber and unfortunately they couldn't cut the wood I wanted to purchase because it was over 10 inches wide.
