23I love this hardware store - locally owned and operated with a knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Good place if you want helpful input on a repair project. Nice selection and maybe just a touch more expensive than big box stores. Worth every penny!
I shop at this hardware store over the big box stores for their service. They have always been friendly and helpful, until my last visit.
I asked for help in the paint dept, and waited. When the employee finally arrived he yelled at me from 5 aisles away, asking if I needed help. I waited until he got closer and explained my project. His response was that everything they had was on the shelves. Period. I guess I'm expected to know his inventory as well as he does.
One bad experience out of many, many good ones will not prevent me from returning, but I hope it does not become the norm.
Pulled up as they were closing up for the day. They invited me in and helped me find what I needed and I was on my way. Fantastic customer service, thank you!
