Beautiful place to stay! Clean rooms and common areas, quiet, the staff all of them are friendly and kind, the rooms are spacious and the price point is pretty affordable one of my favorite places to stay

There was plenty of restaurants/ bars within walking distance so we didn’t have to catch an Uber. Only stayed one night but considering it was booked last minute, I think it was a good value for the location being downtown. My lady even lost a shoe outside of the hotel and a patron picked it up and gave it to lost & found! That made our night and gave us more hope for humanity. Would not hesitate to come back again.

Love staying at this hotel! Beautiful rooms, really nice bathrobes in each room and the staff is excellent. I love the Sheraton Hotels!

Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Downtown Columbus. The rooms here are pretty nice and cozy however they could use some renovations and TLC in certain areas, nothing too major. Our room was on the 16th floor, and the view of Columbus was absolutely amazing. I feel it is also noteworthy to mention that the gym is located on the top floor and one of the walls are completely made of glass. They have a few treadmills and excercise bikes lining the glass wall and facing out toward the skyline that make it feel like you are getting your cardio in from the top of a cloud. I do have to admit that it was a bit disappointing to find that the onsite restaurant was closed down during our stay due to Covid but there are plenty of delicious local places to eat that only require walking a few steps out of the hotel doors plus they have a Starbucks right there on the ground floor of the hotel. Pretty much all the staff we met here are genuinely caring, helpful and 5 quality, in my opinion. Overall, we had an awesome stay at a beautiful hotel. I wouldn't mind returning and staying here again once the Covid madness is finished and everything is completely opened up.

I stay here at least monthly as a Gold Marriott member despite the dark and outdated rooms. This time I was denied access to the member lounge since it is now only available to Platinum members ever since the merger (months ago), although I had access up until my last stay 2 weeks ago. I spoke with Aaron regarding this who did not even offer anything as a one time courtesy to their Gold member who stays at their property monthly. Also, I was not greeted or thanked as a Gold member during check-in night the of 13Nov2018, by the older white gentleman, who placed me on one of their lower floors, stating it’s an upgraded with a ‘sofa bad’ (quiet an upgrade). I don’t see a reason why I should be staying here again.

Great hotel in downtown Columbus. Walking distance from many different restaurants, bars, retail storefronts. Hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating.

Service was top notch, everyone was super helpful, Tina and the other staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. However, I thought the food portions were small, that's probably my only complaint. That and maybe it's because I'm a Dunkin Donuts fan, but I'm not big on Starbucks coffee.

Only one working elevator for a huge conference. Took forever (15-20minutes) to get an elevator anytime and we werent carrying luggage up 17 flights of stairs. Midnight front desk guy was very rude.

15-20 minute drive from Columbus International and in the heart of downtown location. It is an ideal location for business travellers. The building is old but can use designer touch as decorations and furnishings appear tired. The property can use renovation and major tune up. They seem to be trying but not genuinely. Requested room and items were promised prior to arrival but it was undelivered. Repair for basics like heating and air conditioning were promised felt short. Restaurant's breakfast items were not up to par compare to other full service hotels nearby. Staffing could use genuine hospitality training. I am giving hopeful 3 star to the hotel's overall performance.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on, but unfortunately I was only here for a night; had I discovered this earlier I would have just slept in the bed the whole time! The rooms are fairly large, nice working space, good iron, internet was fast. Bathroom was nice too with lots of counter space. The only minor complaints I'd make is that the shower curtain wasn't great at keeping water out, and my room was near the elevator so I could hear it moving up and down all the time, although it wasn't so loud as to prevent me from sleeping. The gym was workable, a small space so a little bit tight. The cardio machines have a nice view of the city (gym is on top floor). Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if in the area.

The location was perfect, the rooms were well kept and cozy. The customer service was outstanding and they seemed to have a flow of things.

I always love staying here. The rooms are comfortable and they always smell so clean. The only issue I have is with the pillows. It's like you're sleeping on a bag of cotton balls.

Good location. Nice common areas and room. Did not do much more there than sleep, which was quiet and comfortable.

I was here visiting a business on site. The parking and building were easy to get to. The building was also nice and clean.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Valet is really fast and everyone is so helpful. The food is also amazing here!

The location was nice. Very conveniently in walking distance of some trendy local bars and an easy walk to the bus stop to head towards campus for the OSU game. The room itself was a pretty standard size with a very nice, large bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful but the lack of free, onsite parking was a major downfall.

Had an early dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very nice environment. Elegant but with a casual feel. Prices were about average for the location and the food was good.

Nice room. Attentive staff. $30 valet parking. Columbus Commons (well-lit garage) parking is $12 - about 1 to 1.5 blocks away.

Clean rooms, good service, competitive price. Highly reccomend. Also located in downtown, so great location. All around great experience.
