Sheraton Columbus Capitol Square

Gorgeous place. Love the fountain area out back and outdoor seating. In the heart of downtown. Honestly just doing this review for extra points though. I didn't stay there, I was there photographing a wedding.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I visited the sqare. They have a dentist there. T Though they do have a lot of nice shops and restaurants, I really really enjoy the park that used to be the city center. Miss the mall by the way. But is a beautiful park and they have lots of fun things happening there in the summer.

It was nice, but not for the price honestly. I have definitely stayed at better hotels for the same price or slightly less money per night.

The hotel is fine, the staff at the bar on the second floor are a bit rude, but that is my only real complaint. The rooms are regular and clean anf the hotel is locatsd right downtown.

Hotel staff are amazing. They try to help in the best way possible. I got to use the restroom there many a times while pogoing and the bathrooms are always clean. They are even good about the little candy/pop area. Checking you out even if you do not have a room. Love them.:)

Luxury look and feel, but an older property with some maintenance issues. Toilet tank ran continuously. Required manual intervention after request to front desk resulted in no change to the problem.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The valet parking right out front is very convenient or there is a number of other lots and garages near by.

Great stay! We love this place. The best breakfast buffet and evening goodies. We have stayed at many Shrratons and Westons and always come back to our friends here for the best treatment ever. Highly recommend the Cbus Sheraton on Capitol Square.

I was a little disappointed since it seemed a little dated and could use some repairs. Staff provided different information depending on who you spoke to. I was just there for a dinner event and didn't have a room.

Room was nice and well furnished. Very comfortable. Just a one night stay but staff was attentive to our needs. Location is probably best suited for business travelers - right across from the State House. A lot of the surrounding cafes and restaurants, barring the lobby Starbucks and hotel restaurant, were closed on the weekend. The Sheraton chain is not our usual pick, but I was impressed and would definitely come back.

My stary at the Sheraton was pretty good. Paying is insanely overpriced, though. Everyone else was pretty good. The rooms was very clean, an amazing view, and super nice staff.

Great location, Starbucks in the rooms. Hotel is a little dated, but the staff is friendly and it's clean.

Hotel is very nice. By the Capitol building.and other unique sites. I had a large issue with my room that was not satisfactory or appropriate. Management resolved the issue to my satifaction at a later date. Resolution took 2 sets of phone calls but issue was resolved well. Hence 4 stars. I would stay again, even though my first stay was not the best, because the staff addressed me appropriately. Nice work, Sheraton with resolving issues!

The hotel room here was really clean and very comfortable. The coffee maker in the room was broken but there is a Starbucks downstairs for early morning coffee. Their valet service is great and I highly recommend their service. One star was deducted due to the wait times at the front desk for checking in and out.
