This is a great location for individuals that resides on that side of town. The representative was pleasant and knowledgeable about the service. If I had a negative comment it would be a recommendation to create a central location that benefits all sides of downtown Cleveland.

Their prices rocketed.then they sold out to spectrum.they were in the light as an illuminati company.so they changed their strategy and changed their ways.pretended to sell out and changed name to spectrum. As eerie as that seems their new name is one that symbolizes a ghost.somthing just as hair rasing as illuminati embodiment, a dead restless spirit trying to suck the life out of every 1st world country.from what i hear they are trying to extend their leaching over to 2nd world and poverty stricken 3rd world enviroments.i hear broke people would rather starve and pay their internets.btw, cellphone throtle your internet no matter what.

My Uncle is 84 years old, he has spectrum. He only gets paid once a month having fought in Korea and Vietnam then coming home and working for 45 years. He was told that they can not make a payment arrangement because HE IS NOT DISABLED BUT RETIRED! How does this make sense now he is at home 84 years old NO PHONE, NO TV BEACAUSE YOU CANT EXTEND HIS SERVICE FOR 4 days until he gets his pension and social security check? Rediculous it's The holidays for crying out loud. If I could have left no stars I would have.

Terrible service and over charging! What is with these stypid converter boxes. I have digital tvs my channels should still work. But i guess less money in their pockets dont work for spectrum! I will never ever recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemies!

Place is awful. Dirty floors and reminds you of a welfare office. Just sick the way the way customers and employees act there!

The employees here are friendly and helpful, which is more than I can say for spectrum corporate. While I tried to cancel my TV service on the phone for an hour and they kept trying to get me not too, I just returned the equipment and was done.

I'm so upset that Time Warner turned into this god awful Spectrum the customer service sucks and they'll tell you one price but bill you something completely different and way over what they told you. STAY AWAY! IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Waiting 6 days now to have line reinstalled from utility pole to my house. 30 minute job and still waiting 6 days. Every day customer service says it is scheduled for that day and NOTHING HAPPENS. 15 year customer.

Internet was pretty good
They asked us to return the box to one of their locations and had us wait in a long line for 2 hours outside and had to beg my boss for time off to sit there as I thought it was a simple drop off.
Unbelievably bad return policy, regardless of the internet speed this left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Do not recommend them at all

This service so damn high. I would never give them a dime. There prices are insane. I cut that cable off and I will stream whatever I need to watch from here on out or go to at&t

This location is usually jam packed. I have stood in line over an hour waiting to pay my bill. There have been occasions where customers have gotten close to fist fighting eachother or the employees of Spectrum. Also they had a sign in system where the customer enters their information on a computer screen which doesn't work properly 98% of the time. Or the customers are confused and don't understand how to follow the instructions. The only good point is that is located close to where I live.

Do not purchase anything but internet from this company. They lie about packages just to sign u in on a new contract. The only thing good is thete internet.

I guess all they did was change the name because the service still sucks. How they take someone's money and then tell them they can't provide them service and still keep the money. Who does that? ! Better off getting direct tv or something else. Extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers. They are the WORST company ever!

This company is garbage, the internet is terrible always cutting in and out. They cut the service off without even telling the bill was due smh needs to go back to time warner
