Cable Company Spectrum reviews
25Turned in my cable modem, bought my own equipment, good place to return their stuff, it has been redesigned since the last time I was here, very clean and new looking store front.
The people on the phone tell you go to the store. The store wants you mail everything. They don't call you back for 4 days. Turn everything off 3 days before bill is due. Long wait times. It's bad when that is the apartment choice. Hate it.
Randy Skube of Spectrum on 24910 Lorain Rd is a top professional. He is smart, and patient, rare qualities in a sales person. I have been in senior management i+n executive recruitment for 36 years worldwide and my experience tells me, you would be well placed hiring him to represent your company.
Customer service was very helpful, friendly, and informative. I was able to make a decision on a phone and plan that fit my budget and needs no pressure. I greatly appreciate that. The phones I picked out were not in store but were shipped promptly for free. I would recommend this location their phones and plans. Thank you so very much. Keep up the great work.
They don't have a direct store number, you will be sent to their 800 number. Said our upgrades would be in-store 2-3 business days, waited two weeks to find out they didn't arrive but they could upgrade with their in-store phones. After the fifth time coming to the store their computers were down, still no upgrade after waiting a month.
Not only will I never go back to their store, I'm considering switching carriers.
Fine internet when there isn’t an outage. Current customer who has experienced 2 outages in the past two weeks. Will be looking at my options.
They have updated their technology and add a kiosk machine to order or pay sevrices to stream line waiting customers.
Spent over 1 hour on the phone and still had issues. 10 minutes in the store and done. Why bother calling?
Nasty spot, lots of angry people yelling at the customer service guys. Service was quick and painless untill I got home and spend three hours on the phone to fix my internet service that the guy in the shop had mess up.
Was told by spectrum that I needed another dvr box to view recordings in another room and the units would sinc up so I can watch recordings in either locations. After traveling, waiting in line and traveling back to get another dvr I'm now told that spectrum doesn't have whole house dvr anymore. What a waste of time and energy and cost. Disappointed and further told spectrum doesn't include time anymore on new boxes. What are they going to eliminate next?
Went in to pay my bill because I took my bill off autopay and was told I'm up to date, everything went through only to recieve a double bill. Poor customer service
6 people in line only one employee waiting on them great customer service to say the least not!
Very good service at Ryan in and was laying it down it's a cable I'm not sure what you call it it's like for your TV but they're good at what they do
No one comes here because they want to. Only if they have a problem with their service or equipment. They are willing to help, but if you're here, probably don't want to be.
Understaffed, poor layout, unimpressive sales-driven atmosphere, but fine service when we made it through the line.
If you haven't upgraded from that rip off Time Warner to the new and improved Spectrum do it now and save. Saved 120 dollars a month.
Gave us broken equipment that WE had to install. They exchanged it or kindly but it was a hassle.
Automatic payment system would not take my payment over the phone. Double checked with my financial institution, transaction was not attempted by Spectrum. Furthermore, there was way way way more than enough money in the account to pay the balance. When I contacted Spectrum, the agent informed me a $5 charge would be added to pay with an agent. I explained what happened.
Agent unwilling to waive fee. Refused to check with her manager to waive fee.
Got a new combined phone/internet/ wireless router to replace old equipment, now getting over 100 mbits
