I recently moved to a new apartment and this is the only internet provider for the building. If I had had my choice this would be my last choice. I've had problems with the service before, the equipment I purchased does not work and it's been one day. The only positive aspect I can say is that the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. I would not choose this provider if it we're my choice and I would never recommend them.
