Had to wait 20 minutes in the hot sun before anyone even acknowledged me, then the lady was extremely rude when she finally did. Zero organization.

Great service! I had to come in here twice to order new documents as I am a new Ohio resident. Both times, the lines were short, quick, and the ladies working were so efficient and friendly. I was in and out in no time. Jennifer helped me the second time, and she was so kind and helpful! She made it such a pleasant experience. Really appreciate you guys!

Local is not always better! This location is my neighborhood BMV. I wish I had my own car to go to a larger and more efficient location however. I arrived to get a replacement ID after my personal items and purse were stolen during a car break in. During my first visit I was told in order to get the new Ohio ID I would need additional proof of my address. After going home and reading their website, I got my copy of my Tax return as proof of my address, in hopes to avoid a third trip I used their verification check list. However, during my second visit, after waiting in their long line, they told me the copy of my tax return would not be accepted because my taxes were not done by a professional accountant. The website did not state that that was a requirement. I showed them my completed verification checklist from the website. The woman helping me asked another woman, maybe the manager, if they could accept it, and was told no. I left and then went to a local library, printed off copies of my utilities bills, came back, and waited in an even longer line (with my young child along side during every visit) for the same manager to not offer me the option to skip the line and even expressed concern because my water bill (new proof of address) listed my house owner's name, although my account name and address was listed on the document. Thankfully, I also printed off my Duke energy statement that she accepted. All of the 3 different staff members who assisted me were decently pleasant, the woman I presume to be the manager however, was crass and abrasive every time she interacted with me. During all three visits I begin by explaining to the staff member helping me that I was getting a replacement id because my purse, that housed my id, was stolen. After I was already almost done with my paperwork and my documents were approved by the final staff member helping me, the woman who I presume to be the manager abruptly asked me "Where is your Id". I have no idea why she even intervened again and why she felt the need to ask after she approved all of my documents. Getting a replacement id was the first step to getting money out of my bank because I no longer had debit and credit cards, and to get a rental car since my car was vandalized in the burglary. It took me 4 hours total to get replacement drivers license, with each visit standing in longer and longer lines. I literally took a deep breath when I walked out the doors of this location with no plans to ever return. Maybe the woman who I presume to be the manager is use to a certain demographic that bothers her and have consequently become cold and callous. She lacked sensitivity and her demeanor was off putting. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this location.

The staff is so accommodating! I learned, after waiting in line for an hour on a Saturday morning, that I was missing documents for my plates (special situation), so I went home to retrieve, and when I came back, the line was even longer! HOWEVER, they took me back at the counter without making me wait again! Unbelievable! So appreciative of the staff!

Although people at this location are nice, the parking lot is absolutely horrible, and unorganized. Because of this reason, I prefer other BMV locations.

There is a lady named Lois that is absolutely rude and disrespectful! She was prejudice and I don’t ever recommend this place!

It was a long line when I got there, but moved very quickly! The worker who helped me was very nice and very helpful. I was in and out before I knew it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The BMV staff each provided different information, that has prolonged obtaining the documents needed.

The area is kinda shady. But the staff is always so kind and helpful. Out of all dmvs that I have went to this one is the most pleasant.

I only had to wait for a couple minutes and the ladies working were super nice. Best BMV experience I have ever had. One lady even complimented me on my new ID picture. Definitely would come back!

The staff here are always nice to me. And the people in line are nice to me. I had questions, really probably "easy" ones, but I was stressed out and had a deadline. The guy was super nice, took care of what I needed, and explained to me how to finish my paperwork. I've had rotten experiences at other BMVs, but not this one!

Visited here noon on Thursday. Perfect customer service, friendly staff, and short wait time.

One cautionary note: This can be a rough area; i was aggressively harassed by a vagrant asking for money, who actually followed me from BMV exit all the way to my vehicle. Nothing bad happened, but an FYI that's the type of area this is in.

I go out of my way to come to this BMV. They're friendly and helpful, which is basically a miracle for a BMV.

I have been going 20 miles out of my way to use this BMV location for over 20 years now. (My wife made me aware of how good they are when she worked nearby in the early '90s). For 30 years prior to that i had used closer BMV offices, and the staff at this location stand out from the rest.

Consistently fast - efficient. The commendable staff know their job well and they don't mess around, the key to the fast service. Staff have always been courteous to me, although i am left with the impression they could quickly become short with fools. The long term reliable highest quality service keep me coming back.

I prefer this location instead of the green township one.staff quick and friendly. Last time I was there they accept credit cards but you have to pay a fee.

Wow! These people are fast and efficient. I came with a full line and I was still out in 15 minutes on my driver's license renewal. Great staff!

I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The clerk was kind and very helpful. It was the least stressful trip to the DMV I've ever had.
