22Went in to get a new driver's license, came out of that place within 10 minutes of getting there, despite the fact I was, like, 10th in line? I normally go to the downtown location (it's near my workplace) for the processing, but the efficiency in this place alone would motivate me enough to not ever set foot in downtown's BMV ever again. If there was a gold standard for the rest of the state, it would be this location.
The line goes fast and smooth everytime I've been. They aren't rude like some cities I've been to in the past. They aren't overly friendly and they can't afford to be, otherwise people would get to talking.and the line would never move.
Parking lot is tight.don't bring a huge vehicle.
