Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles that they had on the lot. He even showed us a truck that better suited us even thought it was selling for less than the truck we asked about.

I met with the management and staff of the dealership today and from top to bottom, they are FIRST CLASS! I was treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect from the first to the last moment. Not only were they all knowledgeable and courteous, they were open and fair. The first word that comes to mind is INTEGRITY and the culture is certainly cultivated among everyone that works there. What a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Statewide Ford Lincoln!

We found a car that we fell in love with on their website, then contacted them to arrange a test drive. We live over 2 hours away, so we were making a commitment to be a serious car buyer. After the pleasantries, we took the car out for a drive and noticed a slight shimmy. The dealership offered to put new tires on the car; we accepted, and came back to the dealer a few days later.another test drive and the shimmy was still there. We left disappointed, but the dealer investigated, found a bad rim, had it repaired, shipped the car to our home and we are very happy with the car and the dealer. Great follow-up and follow-through by Logan, Justin and Brad. Matt, in finance, was a real pleasure to work with, as we purchased an extended warranty, too.

I would highly recommend Statewide to anyone looking for a easy used car buying experience. Which until recently I did not think existed. I worked with Logan and despite living in Illinois I was able get enough information and video of the car to confidently purchase it. None of the stereotypical salesman tactics. Statewide were able to get us a better rate on our loan, which frankly was already a great rate, there was no hidden charges to raise the listed price, and to top it off Logan even drove 2 hours on a weekend to meet me halfway to sign the papers. I will 100% be checking out Statewide’s inventory first the next time we get a new vehicle and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. If you’re on the fence do yourself a favor and shop here.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with several staff at Statewide. They were all very professional, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. I would highly recommend both their sales and service departments for all your vehicle needs. I will recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them myself in the future.

Statewide Ford will, literally, go to "great lengths" to find you what you are looking for in all aspects, of a search for that right " fit & feel" vehicle. I personally would like to recognize Randy Custer, he'll listen & follow through with absolutely no pressure. Top notch customer service on sales.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ethan and Justin throughout several visits before finalizing our recent purchase. They both went above and beyond our expectations and not once did they try to sell us a vehicle. We would highly recommend Statewide as they made us feel like family.

Really enjoyed my experience with Statewide. We had an issue with the vehicle the first time we tried to test drive it, but they took care of it and kept me up to date on what was going on. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Really appreciate the time Randy spent with us. Thank you!

They used to do a great job with my Ford Escape, but the last few times, they unhooked my coolant hose and my truck over heated on highway 30, bad timing! Before that my car did a wonderful job, ran like a champ! The let the horse that cost $57.00 ride against a belt and they said something was wrong with my motor and it would cost $900 something, but it was only the horse! I'll never go back to Statewide, again! Btw, I'm a dedicated Ford driver, but not anymore!

Definitely a joke. I received a recall on my car and called about it right away. Each and everytime the worker said “I’ll write you down and you will get a call shortly. ” Couple months later and I’m still calling receiving the same answers.

When I came in while passing through on the highway with an urgent emergency repair need, Amanda (Service Dept. Advisor) immediately took charge to help determine the problem, which the mechanic showed me right away.
Amanda was great about communicating with me through the whole process. They worked diligently to secure the parts and within 24 Hrs.my car was repaired. The whole service department worked well together to get me on my way.

Look elseware for employment. Dont pay well. Caddy service woman whos a friend to youre face a foe behind youre back. Rude mechanics. Joke managment. Found a new job and havent looked back.

I needed a used vehicle. We were shown what was available in a courteous manner. We werent pushed to buy over our budget. Our test drive went well and we had the vehicle checked out by our own mechanic, where we found the Statewide team had gone over the vehicle very well. In a matter of an hour or so, I was driing away in a new used car for me and had some money left for a couple cosmetic fixes- little things. We were pleased.very pleased. Great place to buy and local, which is important to us.

If you think they care about you, think again. Tried for the better part of a week to buy a car that I said I had every intention of buying. I was waiting and waiting to hear back from them to appraise my trade in and they would never get back to me then they sold the car to someone else. They don't care about morals just the sale. Go somewhere else.

My husband has been searching the country for a very specific car, and found what he was looking for here. Called them, and had the Sales associate Jaxson Young answer. My husband was very frank and told them this was what he wanted, and he had every intention of buying the car. Jaxson agreed and said he would work on the next steps. For the next week my husband would call every day trying to get an update, with no response. Maybe once or twice Jaxson made excuses, saying they were busy, or that he was waiting on someone else for numbers. He never reached out to my husband with updates. Finally got a generic, template email today saying HE SOLD THE CAR. No call. No explanation. Just decided to ignore my husband. We would have understood if someone walked in with cash saying they wanted the car, thats just business. But he was blatantly a bad salesman, and obviously did not care to do business with him. As a result, my husband just lost a car he has been searching for for years. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I do not recommend you go to this dealership. You will get burned.

What a great dealership. The experience here was great from the first phone call to the close of the sale. We live about an hour away and we called Randy Custer about the vehicle before driving up to look at it. He looked over the vehicle (Ford Expedition) and he let us know about any blemishes before we wasted our time to drive up to look at it. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as described. The entire sales team was courteous and gave us a fair offer for our trade in and were willing to work with us to get to a price that made it an easy decision to purchase the vehicle. Upon pick up they were flexible with the time and had everything ready when we arrived.

We have had less than favorable experiences at other dealers while looking for this vehicle but Statewide Ford stands out from the crowd for putting the customer first and making us feel comfortable that we were getting a good vehicle at a fair price.

Top notch dealership. We will have Statewide Ford at the top of our list the next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

I bought a diesel truck off Randy Custer and also delt with Brad Greve in the process. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and experience here. I did encounter a problem with my turbo a week after I bought it, (the truck is older) I contacted Brad and there was a solution to the problem right away. A business that can take care of its customers will continue to keep those customers and gain more along the way. I HIGHLY recommended Statewide to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. They're professional, friendly, and I always feel happy and taken care of after I leave here.
