The older service lady denise i believe is fake and rude. You can just tell shes nice because its her job. They jacked up a price on a part about double what i found it for online. I will never come back to the service department their. The young lady and young service guy were both polite and greeted me when i came into the building were genuine. I left with a 500 dollar bill and had my truck towed out not running. Thnaks for nothing
Edit. The only thing this place is good at is making excuses and empty promises. I tried and failed to resolve an issuse with mike the service manager. "Ill be in touch" yea i bet you will b. Dont waste youre time here with the service department.
I drove 4 hours to get a great deal on a Certified Pre-Owned Ford from these guys and they delivered. I will check with them first when it’s time for my next purchase.
Excellent customer service! Compared to other dealerships, Statewide Ford definitely has a hometown feel and were happy to work with us without being pushy. Logan was amazing and the guys in the business office (Brad and Matt) were awesome too. Highly recommend!
