Staybridge Suites Cleveland Mayfield Hts Beachwd reviews
28 Located in a quiet industrial area- little away from highway but restaurants, shops are close by. Rooms were spotless and very clean. The 24-hr mini mart includes snacks, beer, wine, ice cream and basic toiletries. The rooms are spacious and clean - suites with kitchens and separate bed/bath are are particularly nice. On site pool, gym and laundry room are an extra bonus.
The best thing about our stay was the staff! They were all so helpful and so professional - they were all top-notch: front desk, housekeeping, food services, everyone!
Was excited to spend new year’s eve with my boyfriend and there were bed bugs on our bed.disappointed.
Friendly, clean and spacious room, and good breakfast (especially the coffee). Close enough to shopping and restaurants.
A big let down
We traveled 16 hours to arrive at a hotel that the elevator did not work and we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor and at the opposite end of the steps. It got worse when we opened the door to our room. The bathroom was not cleaned, they actually left the cleaning supplies in the bathroom. The bathtub had a ring around the tub and trash not emptied.
It is what it is: A standard business hotel but with much larger rooms, full kitchen and nice staff. Drawbacks are that it's kind of remote and if you don't have a car with you, you're kind of stuck. I am really surprised that there are no nearby bars or restaurants. Bottom line: I wouldn't stay here if I didn't have to for work.
I checked in Friday night, notified the hotel about dog hair Sat no one came to clean, notified again on Sunday was told someone will clean it nope no one. So pretty much for a full week dog hair room with other food particles in the room. Killed two spiders as well. They did give me 10K points extra but still that doesn’t mean not to clean the room. Very disappointed with the cleanliness part. Good breakfast and gym however.
Also I don’t think they change bed sheets.
Room was not very clean, surfaces were greasy. Because of the door to the neighbors suit you have to hear every tone from your neighbor.
Parking is good, reception is friendly.
Service was fine but didn't get extra linens in either of the rooms we stayed in and cell reception was spotty - pool was immaculate and wifi was great!
Room was large, front desk staff was friendly. Free breakfast buffet is convenient. A bit expensive, but the location was ideal for us.
Very nice suite. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay as I was there for a neck and back operation. When in Cleveland, stay here. You'll love it as much as I do.
It is a convenient location to Parker Hannifin facility. They have a standard continental breakfast everyday and social hour Monday-Wednesday evenings. The staff was nice and there was plenty of parking nearby.
I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a king suite for one night and felt the price was very affordable and the overall condition of the room was quite nice. The reason I don't feel I can give 5 stars is the room could have used a little more cleaning before our stay. Found a clump of hair on the wood floor, and we found the jacuzzi had a decent amount of stuff in it once we started filling it up.
This was the NICEST hotel we have ever been to! Definitely worth the money! The rooms are very clean, employees are extremely friendly, breakfast was good. We didn't have a chance to enjoy being outside to do anything since it was cold and rainy when we went but I hope to go back soon!
Great staff. Delicious food. Pulled pork sliders and Mac and cheese for dinner? Hell yeah. Also, free Great Lakes dortmunder on tap. Room is great. Pool is a nice. Patio is great.
Highly recommend.
Clean spacious suites with nice amenities, a good kitchen, conveniently located and good breakfast. Service was good.
Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Awesome selection for breakfast as well! I'll definitely be going back again. Can't beat that jacuzzi in the room!
Room and beds were nice. Pullout couch was only big enough for one person, regular bed fits two. All staff were very friendly. Laundry is free, but you have to bring your own detergent (or they have it for sale in the small store for ~$1.50).
I've been here since my house caught fire. The staff has been nothing short of awesome. They have become like family in such a short time. I also had surgery during my stay and they made sure I was comfortable and my family had everything we needed until I was better.
Room service never really showed up, the remote for the TV didn't work for the actual TV (just the cable, so we couldn't watch the movies we brought on a hard drive,) and there weren't nearly enough towels. The air conditioning in our suite also conked out and left the place muggy for a day. The door to the bedroom also bonked against the bed. It's a fancy suite and all, but it's not perfect. I still prefer the Hyatt Regency.
I didn't spend much time there, but everything seemed nice. The room I visited was a a decent size. It had a rather nice little kitchen area. Not much else I can say.
