Very clean, absolutely great place to stay, there is a wonderful dining and shopping area only 5 minutes away, will stay here again
We stayed for a week while my husband was having surgery at the nearby Laser Spine Institute. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!
DIRTY! We had to change rooms because the first room had hair in the bed, on the pillow, on some of the towels, as well as, body fluids on the pillow cases. The maids either didn't clean (due to laziness) or stuffed the washer TOO full, reducing the effectiveness of removing hair and other dirt items. This does not reflect well on Holiday Inn.
Room wasn't cleaned well, hair in bathroom (not mine), toilet dirty, mirror was smeared with something, and a stain on the top bed cover. To make things worse, a cup taken out of the cupboard had dried coffee in it. There is a dishwasher in the room, so for housekeeping to not run the dishes after each check-out, there is a housekeeping problem. Makes you wonder how clean the bedding and towels are! Will cancel my reservation next month and go back to The Holiday Inn.
I'm here for business and it's my go to hotel. The location is convenient for me, the rooms are nice and comfortable. And the service is good. I usually get breakfast here and their specials are great.
I stayed here for couple of weeks during my official trip. The hotel is nice and rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard.
They have ample parking space and location is good in terms peace and yet close to I271. Only problem I faced was that there was frequent internet problem in the room. Staff was helpful and they changed my room. But same problem in the other room as well. In the last, they provided me a conference room to use for my work which was so nice of them
Feedback for them is to get their internet service checked.
