Steak 'n Shake, Cincinnati OH

Jack and Eddie were awesome at the Clepper Lane Steak and Shake. They took great care of us. We really appreciate it!

Gave wrong order by time we. Had to go back in to get correct order all was cold not a good service

For their own sake they were busy. The only thing that was unsatisfying, was they ran out of chili and coke. Sounded very disorganized behind the counter. I would of left and went else where if I didn’t have three young children with me.

First time I've tried this chain. Fries were good. Sandwich (Frisco Grilled) was smashed, lukewarm and an overall disappointment.

Really good burgers that a different from the major chains. Tried the Original Steak burger and it was hot and delicious. I had onion rings and they were hot and delicious as well. You can not beat the half price shakes either. I hope this location sticks around because a lot of the Steak N Shakes have closed. This location gets a lot of business from the area.

The idea of a chocolate covered strawberries shake is great; the execution less so. Trying to get cold chocolate sauce through a straw is just about impossible. But, love the large ice tea. And other shakes are usually good though sometimes seem to have bits of ice in them.

I like Steak and Shake but am beginning to hate this location. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me and only 7 cars in the parking lot (at 3: 30 in the afternoon). The car in front of me hadn't even ordered yet! This is the 2nd time I've had to wait longer than 5 minutes to see the line move. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Ordered food through drive thru at midnight. Didnt mind waiting for the food to get done but my gf said her fries were cold and my large fry was half full. Kind of upsetting this is why I put 3 stars. Had the fries been hot and a full large fry it would have been 5 stars. I wanted to put 1 star but the guy in drive thru was the nicest employee ive dealt with in drive thru in the almost 6 years ive been going there I hope that means they got rid of that rude lady that worked 3rd shift.

We love steak n shake! Prices are REALLY reasonable. Especially the 4 for 4 menu. The burgers are always excellent and I'm a burger guy. Simple but delicious. Service is always good. Sometimes there is a wait especially at peak meal times both for a seat and for food but that is totally to be expected. We have ALWAYS had great servers. Especially Amy. A smile and a hon for everything. Their shakes are awesome as well!

Had not had a Frisco Melt in awhile so I stopped by and placed an order for one.
To my surprise it was not what I had been use too! It had one thin slice of hamburger, very little sauce and more cheese than meat!
I should have ordered a grill cheese cause that is what it tasted like! Will not be stopping there again! Very disappointed!

Took 15 minutes for the man at the drive thru to take our order. We ordered 3 shakes and by the time we got them, another 15 minutes had gone by and they were completely melted. There was no one else in the drive thru line or inside except two other workers, one of which was coughing loudly all over the kitchen. The shakes themselves were also icy and tasteless. Bad service and quality.

Every time I go through they forget something on my order. Last time I went through I had to tell them I wanted honey mustard 5 times. After 1am every staff member looks high out of their minds.

Waited 20 minutes to be setted and 10 more minutes to get our order taken then 30 more to get the food witch was cold we will not go back there

I love steak n shake! However I just went through the drive through, order#581524, and my fries were so hard I could barely eat them. My double steak burger with cheese was dripping with grease but still tasted good. My condiments were stuck together.oh well.hope this review helps management.

Slow. Waitor was not at table enough to ask if our food was good. An the manger was working the register he seemed every agitated. Tossed the scanner on counter.

Was starving, and was early in the morning since working third shift, and not wanting breakfast I saw steak n shake, and went through the drive thru. Since not eating there in a long time it got even better when I saw the sign meals under $4. So not only did I get fresh hot chicken tenders and fries early in the morning but for only $3.99.

Burger was over cooked and restaurant was very dirty. Service slow and was rude. Would not go there for a nice meal. Steak ‘n Shake is awesome but this one was terrible.

Went thur the drive-thur with my sister. We placed 2 orders and got back to her house put our stuff from the store in the house mine in my car. Sat down to eat only for me to found out they messed up on my sand. So i ate my fries said goodbyes and returned to Steak' n Shake for them to fix the issue witch they did but for my time and trouble you think they could of offered a shake or something?

It's a sit down restaurant dressed as a dinner. I love the food and sure the wait is slow but it is absolutely worth the wait. If someone asked me if I want to go I will always say yes so long as time will allow me to do so! That and there is extremely friendly and understanding servers they never give me a doubt in my mind that they are working harder than ever

Waitress was great, food was okay but kitchen staff must absolutely suck because it shouldn't ever take 40 minute for a burger and fries.
