Steak 'n Shake, Cincinnati OH

If was not the best experience I’ve had at a steak N shake, but I’ll have to say they were pretty busy. We were already hungry before walking through the door so the wait for food was pretty long. Its just difficult when you have a long wait time with kids. Nothing special.

I love Steak & Shake! Sadly I don't always love the cooks they have. Sometimes you get great food & sometimes you get just OK food. It is my favorite burger joint though

The good is great. The service is very slow on the weekends. It always seems disorganized when it is busy. Weekdays are great during the day. As a whole the wait staff is very friendly!

My double steak burger was cooked so long the meat was crunchy. Was the absolute worst burger that I have ever eaten. I would have sent it back but it would have taken forever and the fact that it was only 3 bucks.

Cookies & Cream milkshake, garlic and cajun burgers, and how cheap it is. The kids love it. It's just slow as hell.

40 min in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. Horrible service. Worked on cell phones. Everthing in Eastgate sould be avoided for food in general.

Our server did a great job as for the rest of the staff it was horrible service the store manager needs to learn how to manage and what it takes to support
His staff and deliver 100% customer service
ordered 5 milk shakes witch were left on the table with a total bill of just shy of $100.00 I personally know of 12 people that won't be going back
this horrible fiasco lasted almost 3 hours

Can t beat their prices. The Western Burger is my fave. Kids free with adult is a bonus. I pay with their Rewards App for additional savings

Child's hamburger was sent back 3 times before it was cooked through. Came out bleeding the first 3 times! Rest of the food and server were great!

Handing out drinks with no ice. Then when you ask for ice in our drinks the lady at the window (Grace) gives a dirty look and slams the drinks into the trash. Comes back with our food and hands it to us and our drinks back and slams the window. Terrible service, and an even worse attitude. If your that miserable with your job, maybe you should get a new one, Grace.

Lived here up until a year ago, and came here often. Even then, they had trouble keeping tables cleared. Came back, and things haven't changed. 2 waitresses on a Saturday night, 4 tables sat, the rest dirty with people waiting.

We waited 5+ minutes at the front, with no acknowledgement. Left for other options.

Get your acts together, staff appropriately for the weekend, and clean your tables!

Service was terrible took me forty mins to get my food and I still had to go back in because I was missing stuff

We just waited probably 15 mins and weren't even seated. We were the only ones at the door waiting. They weren't extremely busy. The sign at the door says u have to wait to be seated yet nobody comes or even says hi or anything. Terrible service. We ended up leaving, we will take outnumber money elsewhere. Won't be back.

Guy working the drive thru very rude almost ordered and drove away the only reason I didn't would've be another 20 minute discussion of where we where going to eat. Afternoon order wanted something changed out of his mouth was YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME I ALREADY HAVE IT RANG IN I WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE EVERYTHING.

If I could give this no stars I would have. Waited 10 minutes at the door for a seat and got sat down and had to wait for an hour for a burger, sandwich, a salad, and spaghetti.didnt even get a refill and the waiter didn't even come over to the table. Horrible service

Food is always good. Service terrible. Restaurant so cold it is unbearable. Management won't fix it.

Very good guacamole double steak burger. Loving the fries and unsweet tea. And while I ate I downloaded movies from Netflix.
