Steak 'n Shake, Fairborn OH

Walked in the door and waited about 15 mins to be sat while 1 or 2 servers clearing tables and the others standing around. It took over 10 mins to get drinks. And well I'm scared to see if my good turns out ok. I have sat and looked at a couple at the door for the past 15 mins. The only reason I stayed to eat here is I had a gift card. If I wasn't basically eating for free I would've left as soon as noone spoke to us after 5 mins. Good luck to any future customers.

Waited about 30 minutes to order and get 2 shakes to go. Seemed to be not too organized. Waited 5 minutes for someone to even show up at the register to order.

The food was ok. The service was good, at first. But, I think our server, Alanah, forgot about us or left the building.

You’ll be in the line for 30 minutes with 4 cars or maybe 2 cars. I always get a grilled cheese and an all American with no mustard. They never get it right. Only reason I get the all American is because of onion. They give me a sandwich with only ketchup&mustard and pickle. I would rather go to a different location and get be happy than this place.

I have NEVER had a good experience at this Steak ‘n Shake. The wait to be seated is always ridiculous, the waiters/waitresses always seem to have their heads up their butts and the food always seems to take forever. Seems to be poorly managed.

I don’t recommend at all.

This is supposed to be fast food but we waited 35 minutes for our food and it’s not busy at all. Disappointed from the last times I have came

I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews but I must nonetheless. I've been to this place several times in the past year since I work in Beavercreek and I am a big fan of the Huber location. Here's the deal, the drive thru is slow. Too slow. Compared to the Huber location it is just obnoxiously bad with the speed.

And honestly that would be fine but the food is much worse for the wait as well and it would also seem the staff develop an attitude throughout the day.

I hope it improves in 2019 and I can write a much better review.

I love Steak n Shake on every other occasion, but this ONE time it was not that great. I got a completely different order than what I asked for, and didn't notice until way too late. (I know, I should have looked at the drive thru window, but I was running late for work) I also had to remind the guy about my drink that comes with the combo. Altogether, not a good experience this time, but it doesn't discount the fact that their food tastes great, so I will go again.

Our grandkids love to eat here. Lots of choices for meals. Food is good but service is sometimes slow. I believe kids eat free on weekends. Decent for the price.

Service took for ever and they don't know how to use a cash register. They only have one guy cooking and he needs a hair net not a Goofy hat.

Very poor service. The waiter was friendly when talking to you, but that is if you can get his attention. The staff are more interested in screwing around than to actually take care of their customers. Another employee pointed out to the waiter that I was out of pop, but nobody was willing to give me a refill.
