We purchased our 2021 Venza from Sarah Buchanan at Sunnyside of North Olmsted. We found her to be an excellent salesperson - very knowledgeable, courteous and eager to answer our questions. Once we were ready to take possession, she spent a lot of time going over all of the technical features of our vehicle. I had an excellent experience at my service appointment. The person who helped me indicated I didn't need an oil change, only a tire rotation. She was very kind, thoughtful and honest. I thought I needed service on my air-conditioning, but she showed me how to operate the buttons for the air properly so the air works fine now. Thank you for your help.
I recently picked up my new Camry Hybrid and am so pleased with the car! Maria Berardi, my sales person, was wonderful: friendly, informative, patient and considerate, answering all questions I had. She showed me how the features worked and made sure I understood everything before driving off the lot. The financial staff were also great, working through the paperwork quickly and efficiently so I did not have to be in the office too long (because of Covid). This is the third car I've gotten from Sunnyside and would recommend this very professional and friendly team to all.
11/10 experience at Sunnyside Toyota! Kyle and Dave helped us find the best car for our needs, with an even better deal. The entire process was smooth, answering all questions and concerns we had. They went above and beyond by explaining the gadgets of the car, taking off the extra license plate, and following up 2 days after taking the car home. Will definitely go back in the future and recommend to everyone I know!

Had the worse experience trying to schedule an appointment for a recall on my car. I call 1/7 to set an appointment gave my information (name, address, make, model, VIN.) The lady transferred me to the service department the service advisor said my information wasn’t in the system so I gave it to him all again. I forgot to ask how long it would take for the part to come in because they have to order the part before you can make an appointment. I called back and the lady said her computer was froze and to call back in the morning. I called back the morning 1/8 got transferred to the service department this time I’m told my part wasn’t ordered and they needed my VIN number again. I told the person in the service department I’ve talked to three different people at this point and I wanted to cancel service. She transferred me over to the parts department just to make sure it wasn’t ordered and she couldn’t see it. The guy in the parts department asks me have I ever got service preformed by them I tell him no I’m new to the state of Ohio. He says I need to talk to someone in a completely different department to get set up as a customer before they can even order my part to satisfy the recall. He also says they will need my VIN number again when I call back to start the process, and I shouldn’t have been transferred to the parts department. I call back and explain the situation to the receptionist and she tells me I should speak with the service manager to fix the situation. He’s in with a customer and I can leave a Voicemail. I resolved to just leave it alone and find another Toyota dealer in the area. A couple of moments late the guy from the parts department calls back. He says he sees the part and it has been ordered and should be here by next week. It was too much of a hassle for a recall.

I want to say, Tammy Hope out of the rental dept is an amazing employee! She went above and beyond to help me surprise my mother after years of not seeing her. She made my first ever car rental an amazing experience and was a ray of sunshine when it seemed like i was not gonna be able to pull this surpise off. Thank you again. Maria and Patrick are a GREAT team! They made sure that everything went well and smooth! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons;
1) Sunnyside didn't fill up the tank! It only had 1/4 tank of gas. When I purchased vehicles from other dealerships they made sure I drove off the lot with a full tank!
2) Not even 24hrs after purchase a dash light is on. (!) Low tire pressure right? I Don't think it's a "big" deal.
I never felt pressured or pushed. Charlie and Maria put me at ease and were very patient as I made my decisions. I felt I got an honest deal.
Ron Swetland absulately out of his way to get us into new car. Mike Cuva also very pleasant to deal with. Sussyside has been a go to place for us and we always buys car from them. They are very professional and listens to you more than other dealers who simply can not listen to you and can't help make you listen to them. Great place to shop car.
My contact in service was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was surprised to learn that my car did not get a once-over (check fluid levels) as part of the service. I was also surprised free lifetime tire rotation is not included with the purchase of a set of tires. I should have asked up front. Live and learn. This is why I rate four instead of five stars.
They were unbelievable. Joel was honest upfront and very aggressive and competitive pricing. Definitely dealing with them in any future purchases
